Efficient performance management can stimulate the enthusiasm of grass-roots employees and ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.For human resource service enterprises,perfect performance management system can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and establish a complete,fair and strong incentive performance management system has become the most urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,the business development of WY human resources service company has entered a bottleneck period.Several important indicators,such as operating revenue,number of customers and number of service personnel,have been lingering for many years.The flow of the company's grass-roots employees also shows the situation that the loss is greater than the inflow,and the working atmosphere of the employees is also relatively negative.All kinds of signs show that there are serious problems in the performance management of the company's grass-roots employees.To improve and optimize the performance management system of the grass-roots employees has become the primary task of the company's human resource management.In this paper,WY human resources service company as the specific research object,mainly study the performance management system improvement of the company's grass-roots employees.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and methods of performance management by combing all kinds of documents of performance management;secondly,based on the analysis of the human resources situation and the performance management status of grass-roots employees of WY human resources service company,it analyzes the interview and the survey results by using the method of statistical summary Finally,some problems in the performance management system of the company's grass-roots employees are pointed out.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement plan for the defects of the performance management system of the company's grass-roots employees.This paper finds that there are four problems in the performance management system of the grass-roots employees of WY human resources service company: the performance management system of the grass-roots employees is not complete,the managers of the company lack unified planning when making the performance plan,the quantification and subdivision degree of the performance evaluation indicators of the grass-roots employees are insufficient,and the application of the performance results does not realize the incentive effect on the grass-roots employees.This paper puts forward a specific plan to optimize the performance management system of grass-roots employees,that is,to make a scientific and feasible performance plan;to establish a performance guidance mechanism for the whole process;to improve the performance feedback and improvement links;to divide the performance evaluation index system of grass-roots employees into two parts: to use OKR model to check the business performance index,KPI model to check the transactional work index;to use the evaluation results to introduce Enter the project sharing development reward system.
