The transition from kindergarten to primary school always has a position in the course reform.In recent years,the Ministry of Education repeatedly issued documents to vigorously promote this work.However,in reality,there are still problems such as insufficient physical and mental preparations of children,ignoring of life adaptation,mode of social adaptation,and the distortion of learning adaptation,in which behaviors of multiple subjects are quite different.The difference in value shown in these differences is the crucial reason for the transition dilemma.Facing the difficulties and adjustments in the transition from kindergarten to primary school,the exploration of the breakthrough methods has theoretical and practical values for the high-quality development of the transition from kindergarten to primary school.From the perspective of the ecosystem,based on the values of priority of children development,in this study,the current conditions,practical difficulties,and their development causes in the course,teachers,parents,and policies of the transition from kindergarten to primary school were analyzed.When the “hidden” ecosystem of the transition from kindergarten to primary school became “obvious” and “excellent”,we should look for solutions,methods,and strategies for the dilemma breakthrough of the ecosystem of the transition from kindergarten to primary school,so that its problems can be solved,we can return to the origin of the development of the young children,physical and psychological preparations can be made for the transition from kindergarten to primary school,life,society,and study can adapt to the preparations,and a good foundation can be laid for their lifelong development.In this study,we focused on the multiple subjects of the ecosystem of transition from kindergarten to primary school.Based on the theory of educational ecology and the theory of child-centered development,the questionnaire method and in-depth interview method were used as the main research methods to explore the objective effect,realistic dilemma,and causes of “pain of course”,“confusion of teachers”,“puzzling of parents”,and “weakness of policies” of subjects such as kindergarten teachers and management,primary school teachers and management,kindergarten parents,managers of educational administration,and communities,and give appropriate suggestions on solving the dilemma and realizing optimization.The research shows that the practical dilemma of the ecosystem of the transition between preschool and primary school mainly comes from the differences in the values of priority of children development of the subjects.Second,in the “pain of course”,it also comes from the gap between preschool education and subject education caused by the separation of the preschool education circle and large education circle,the obstacles to the upward transition of kindergarten,and the confusion of the downward transition of primary school;in the “confusion of teachers”,it is also attributed to the separation of teacher cultivation,which is the role cognition of misjudgment of each other of kindergarten and primary school and the cultivation systems that do not affect each other;in the “puzzling of parents”,due to the blind area of cooperation between home and school,parents who take their own course,kindergarten teachers who are tired of persuading,and primary school teachers who stick to their argument appear;and in the“weakness of policies”,it also comes from the delay in legal protection of governance,the absence of targeted institutions,and other factors.Facing the lack and difference of the values of priority of children development of the subjects in the transition ecosystem,and no top-level design and support system of policies such as course,teachers,family education,and administration,the keys to its breakthrough method are as follows.First,restoration and convergence of children’s development priority values.Second,the top-level design of the construction of the mechanism of the ecosystem.That is,the transition of course system,the transition of teacher cultivation,the establishment of cooperation between home and school,the founding of the administrative targeted institution,and the integration of multiple systems.The “hidden” ecosystem of transition from kindergarten to primary school becomes “obvious” to plan the benign link form of each system and role in the ecosystem.Third,the tracking and improvement of the evaluation of the ecosystem mechanism.That is,there should be multiple governance guarantees of preschool legislation,the supervision function of administrative agencies should be given full play to,and the evaluation and supervision function of the teaching and research office,and the radiation of family education linkage evaluation should be implemented to promote the construction of a benign transition ecology,solve the transition dilemma,solve the“problems of young children”,and lay a solid foundation and provide practical guarantee for the future of transition and children development. |
