| This study found that the effectiveness of the lead-in of front-line teachers in the physics classroom is worrying,and the teaching reflection of teachers in the lead-in link is ineffective or very low.Based on the above two situations,it is concluded that the reflection of physics teachers in the classroom lead-in link needs guidance.The author used a variety of methods such as class case analysis,teacher interviews,and classroom observation to conduct research and analysis,obtained the characteristics that effective classroom lead-in should have,proposed the corresponding effective strategies for physics classroom lead-in and formulated a reflection framework for the effectiveness of classroom lead-in of junior middle school physics teachers.In order to verify the effectiveness of the reflection framework,he finally conducted more than two months of education and teaching experiments Two classes with similar degrees were used as the comparative experimental group to teach a total of 14 new lessons from Chapter 8 "movement and force" to Chapter 11 "work and mechanical energy".Four ways are used to test the effectiveness of reflection after using the reflection framework,which are: Students’ pre-test and post test scores,sampling one of the classes for classroom observation,evaluating teachers’ classroom lead-in in two classes before and after using the reflection framework using the formulated quantitative evaluation table of the effectiveness of junior middle school physics classroom lead-in questionnaire survey of students’ feelings about physics learning after the experiment,and teacher interview.Finally,the results of each way are that the reflection framework designed by the author can really help teachers to reflect more effectively on the lead-in link and make classroom teaching more effective.It shows that this reflection framework can reflect and improve the effectiveness of the lead-in process,and has certain feasibility and popularization.Finally,this paper hopes that through this research,the majority of physics teachers can pay attention to physics classroom lead-in,and promote physics teachers to carefully and carefully design each classroom lead-in,so that classroom lead-in can be more effective.Continuously improve and develop their professional skills,and also better promote the development of effective teaching. |
