The 2022 edition of the compulsory education curriculum plan released by the Ministry of Education proposes to organically integrate major theme education such as life safety and health into the curriculum and enhance the ideological nature of the curriculum.The school-based curriculum of life education is the basic way to practice the value concept of "student life growth",and the school is the main body of the implementation of the school-based curriculum.Therefore,taking the management issues in the implementation of life education courses as the main research object is of great practical significance to promote the management level of school life education courses and enhance students’ sense of meaning in life.In this study,202 teachers in S school were selected as the subjects of questionnaire survey,10 teachers who actually participated in curriculum construction were selected as the interview subjects,and SWOT model was used as the basic analysis framework to analyze and study the current situation of the implementation and management of life education courses in this school.SWOT analysis mode is to list the advantages and disadvantages of the research object in the internal environment,threats and opportunities from the external environment through investigation,arrange the matrix,match various factors for analysis,and then draw a decision conclusion.S school life education curriculum construction affected by internal and external environment factors,SWOT model can accurately analyze advantages and disadvantages of life education school-based curriculum management,grasp the opportunity,risk prevention,strengthen their own advantages,reverse the situation,to further improve the level of school life education school-based curriculum management,thus improving the quality of life education,To really help students improve their survival skills and quality of life.Through the analysis of the SWOT model,it is learned that the school’s life education curriculum has problems such as imperfect school management,poor group cooperation and weak teacher development ability,and through research,it is known that the reason for the problems in curriculum management comes from three aspects,so in the study,the school proposed a solution strategy in the SWOT model through its own reflection,life education and curriculum management expert guidance:optimize evaluation management at the school level and promote all-round development;Strengthen the incentive mechanism to stimulate the vitality of teachers;Carry out special training to improve professional quality;Expand the management team and form a radiation effect;In terms of curriculum management groups,break discipline boundaries and achieve interdisciplinary integration;Form a learning organization and deepen cooperation within the group.Updating curriculum concepts at the faculty level to stimulate creative potential;Attach importance to the status of students as the main body and ensure diversified evaluation;Determined to lifelong learning and continue the vitality of the curriculum.Finally,the entire study was reviewed and prospected.Junior high school students need the nourishment and moisturization of life education.Hope that through this study,the sunshine and rain of life education can be spread in every corner of schools,families and society.
