| With the emergence and rapid development of new technologies,regional industries have been upgraded and put forward new requirements for the competence of applied talents.Specialty is the basic unit of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and the construction of specialties in application-oriented universities and colleges shoulders the important mission of cultivating high-quality applied talents,thereby promoting social and economic development.Studies have shown that the collaboration of university and industry is one of the effective ways to enhance the specialty construction of application-oriented universities and colleges to cultivate high-quality applied talents.How to further deepen the collaboration of university and industry,build a synergistic relationship between the specialty construction of application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development,and cultivate high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of industry is a real problem that needs to be studied and tried to be solved at present.This study takes symbiosis theory as the theoretical perspective,takes engineering specialties of application-oriented universities and colleges as the main research object,and tries to explore the question of "what is the symbiotic mode of specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development”.First,by reviewing the literature in the fields of specialty construction and collaboration of university and industry in application-oriented university and college,this study clarifies the connotation of core concepts and research progress,and discusses the applicability of symbiosis theory to research.Secondly,based on the typical cases of many domestic and foreign application-oriented universities & colleges and combined with the interview materials,the symbiotic mode elements and framework of specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development are identified through the rooted theory research method,and the specific connotations of the identified symbiotic mode elements are explored.Thirdly,combined with the empirical analysis of 96 valid questionnaires,the factor analysis method is used to empirically test the mode elements derived from the case study,and the tested and revised elements and framework of the symbiotic mode are obtained,and the results of the questionnaire data are combined to analyze the current situation of symbiotic development between specialty construction in applicationoriented universities & colleges and industry.Finally,on the basis of clarifying the basic characteristics of the symbiotic mode,by analyzing the specific functions and interrelationships of symbiotic mode elements,the symbiotic mode of specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development is summarized.And the connotation of the symbiotic mode is further discussed on the basis of common laws,three specific symbiotic modes and implementation conditions are summarized: " project tackling mode "," resource integration mode " and " platform co-construction mode”.Based on the above discussion and combined with the current symbiotic situation,this study proposes countermeasures to improve the operation of the mode in terms of enhancing the symbiotic impetus,strengthening the support of the symbiotic interface,and promoting the interactive integration of symbiotic resources by application-oriented universities & colleges.Based on the symbiosis theory,this study explored the symbiotic relationship between specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,the symbiotic mode elements and framework of specialty construction in applicationoriented universities & colleges and industrial development are identified,and the symbiotic mode of specialty construction in application-oriented universities &colleges and industrial development and three categories of the mode are summarized.In addition,based on the current symbiotic situation of the specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development,this study analyzes the problems existing in the current practice of industry-education symbiosis and the reasons behind them,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the formation of a benign symbiotic mode of specialty construction in application-oriented universities & colleges and industrial development. |
