| In recent years,with the continuous implementation of my country’s rural revitalization strategy,the process of urban-rural integration has been accelerated,and the rural surplus labor has gradually been transferred to cities and towns,which is an inevitable result of my country’s urban-rural integration development.How to transform the surplus labor force in my country’s frontier and pastoral areas into urban laborers,and how to realize the occupational transition from traditional herdsmen to modern city builders,has always been the key to solving my country’s "three rural" problems.As an important subject of rural labor,herdsmen’s willingness to transfer will directly affect the realization of the transfer target.This paper selects Hefeng County in Xinjiang as the research object,and through field investigation and empirical analysis,studies the factors that affect the willingness of herdsmen to transfer labor force in Hefeng County,Xinjiang,in order to provide relevant reference and reference for the orderly transfer of labor force in pastoral areas of Xinjiang and even the whole country.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method,and comprehensively applies Lewis’ s dual economic structure theory,push-pull theory,Todaro theory,etc.Household sample data analysis and herdsmen’s labor transfer willingness and influencing factors in Feng County.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of herdsmen’s labor transfer willingness from four aspects: personal factors,family factors,agricultural endowment factors,and social network factors.Finally,combined with the actual situation of herdsman labor transfer in Hefeng County,Xinjiang,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the reasonable and effective transfer of herdsman labor force in Hefeng County,Xinjiang.The study concluded that the herdsmen’s educational level,non-pastoral income,number of skills,amount of animal husbandry subsidies,influence of relatives and friends,the number of farmers,and the number of employment information have a positive impact on herdsmen’s willingness to transfer labor;herdsmen’s age,breeding scale,school attendance The number of children,years of farming,and annual family income have a negative impact on herdsmen’s willingness to transfer labor.Based on this,this paper will help the herdsmen’s labor force in Hefeng County,Xinjiang from the aspects of strengthening policy publicity to improve transfer awareness,improving training efforts to enhance herdsmen’s skills,establishing information platforms to improve transfer efficiency,optimizing animal husbandry industry structure to improve technical level,increasing employment supervision and improving policy guarantees,etc.Efficient transfers are recommended. |
