PurposeThe rapid development of the global economy is subtly changing the way of people ’s diet.In reality,it often causes common metabolic disorders.At present,there are many scientific weight-loss methods supported by literature,among which exercise weight loss is more effective and long-term.It can improve the body and is very effective in reducing fat.People in life through taekwondo training to achieve the goal of weight loss is relatively few.In this paper,the causes and prevalence of this phenomenon are traced.Through the experimental study of the influence of taekwondo training on the body shape,body composition,physiological and biochemical indexes of the simple obese youth,this paper analyzes whether the weight loss effect of taekwondo training is more effective and lasting.It aims to help young people with simple obesity to establish a more scientific,reasonable and systematic weight-loss practice and healthy lifestyle.Research objects and methodsThe experimental subjects of this study were all simple obesity patients with an age range of 15 to 24 years old,and there were 30 subjects.Participants were recruited at the Dian Feng Weight Loss Shanghai Pudong Training Camp.In this experiment,there were 15 people divided into two groups.The control group followed a traditional weight-loss boot camp program.The experimental group received taekwondo training,namely taekwondo leg,fist,footwork attack and defense training and foot target training.The experiment lasted for eight weeks,six days a week,with four hours of training per day.During the experiment,completely closed management was carried out,and the two groups had the same diet.The changes of four kinds of data of the two groups were recorded.The data were analyzed using the T-test to determine the results and to interpret their weight loss effects.The results of the study(1)Body shape.After intervention,body weight,BMI,waist and hip circumference and ratio of the experimental group and control group were significantly reduced.No difference was found between groups.(2)Body composition.After intervention,skeletal muscle,basal metabolic mass,body fat weight and percentage were significantly reduced in both groups.Comparison between groups showed no difference.(3)Physiological aspects.After the experiment,it was found that both groups changed significantly.(4)Biochemical indicators.After the experiment,it was found that both groups changed significantly.The research conclusion(1)Taekwondo can also improve the body shape of simple obese youth.(2)Taekwondo can produce good effects on skeletal muscle,body fat and basal metabolism of simple obese youth.(3)Taekwondo can also improve physiological indicators,lowering the quiet heart rate and blood pressure of simply obese youth.(4)Taekwondo can also improve the biochemical indexes of simple obesity youth.
