| Research Objectives: By observing the influence of aerobic exercise + "health education" mode on the physical health of obese male college students,and comparing with the effect of the simple aerobic exercise mode to lose weight,this study provides a variety of weight loss methods for obese male college students and a weight loss mode to improve the physical health level.Methods: In this study,60 obese male college students(BMI≥28),aged 19 to 24 years old,without congenital diseases,were selected as the subjects.60 obese college students were randomly divided into 20 aerobic exercise students(experimental group A).Aerobic exercise and "health education" group(experimental group B)20 people;No aerobic exercise and "health education" group(control group)20 people.For experimental group A,aerobic exercise intervention was carried out for 16 weeks,and for experimental group B,aerobic exercise and "health education" intervention were carried out for 16 weeks.The control group did not participate in any exercise.Mid(first week)before intervention,intervention(8 weeks),and after the intervention(16weeks)in stages and in batches,fitness indicators for its time,mainly including body weight,body fat,chest circumference,waist circumference,heart rate,vital capacity and step test in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump,sit-ups,50 meters,before and after the test three times in total.The data obtained from the experiment were statistically analyzed by T test and analysis of variance.Results :(1)After 16 weeks of intervention,the body composition(body weight,BMI,body fat percentage)of experimental group A and experimental group B were significantly improved compared with the control group.In terms of weight improvement,experimental group B was significantly better than experimental group A;In terms of BMI and body fat percentage improvement,there was no significant difference between group A and group B.(2)In terms of body shape,both groups A and B significantly improved compared with the control group.In terms of chest circumference improvement,experimental group B was significantly better than experimental group A;In terms of waist circumference,hip circumference and upper arm improvement,there was no significant difference between group A and group B.(3)Compared with the control group,lung function in groups A and B was significantly improved.In the aspect of lung capacity improvement,experimental group B was obviously better than experimental group A;In the step test,there was no significant difference in the improvement of heart rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between group A and group B.(4)In terms of physical fitness,both groups A and B were significantly improved compared with the control group.The score of 50 meters in experimental group B was significantly better than that in experimental group A.In terms of improvement of standing long jump,experimental group B was obviously better than experimental group A;There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the improvement of grip strength,sitting body flexion and sit-up.Research conclusions: 1.Sixteen-week aerobic exercise + "health education" multiple intervention can significantly improve the body composition and body shape indexes of obese male college students,reduce the degree of obesity of obese people,effectively solve and prevent obesity problems,and enhance physical health.2.Sixteen-week aerobic exercise + "health education" multiple intervention can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function of obese male college students,significantly improve the performance of cardiopulmonary function,and prevent the occurrence of cardiopulmonary function diseases.3.Sixteen-week aerobic exercise + "health education" multiple intervention can significantly improve the physical quality of obese male college students,enhance muscle strength and endurance,and improve the quality of life. |
