With the development of boxing in the world and women’s boxing in China, the athletes’ overall competitive level is constantly improving, the intensity of competition and competition is becoming more and more intense.Pre-competition training is the key stage to adjust the athletes’ competitive state, and also the most crucial period to affect the outcome of the competition. At present, there is little research on pre-competition training of boxing events, and there is still a great space for improvement in the research on pre-competition training of female high-level athletes. As a first-class competitive team in China,Inner Mongolia Women’s boxing team attaches great importance to the preparation work of the 14 th National Games, which is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the study of the athletes’ pre-competition training. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, tracking investigation, testing, logical analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study the pre-competition training of 10 athletes from Inner Mongolia women’s boxing team who are above the first level in preparation for the 14 th National Games. The overall training plan, plan, training content, methods and means of pre-competition training are studied.RPE scale and training impulse data were used to analyze the characteristics of pre-competition training load intensity and load measurement.Through the changes of ten physiological and biochemical indexes of body weight, morning pulse, red blood cell, hematocrit, hemoglobin, white blood cell, serum creatine kinase, blood urea, blood testosterone and serum cortisol, the adaptation of athletes to pre-competition training load was analyzed, and the scientific and rational pre-competition training was explored. The results of pre-competition training were analyzed by six special punching ability test indexes, namely, forehand punching power, backhand punching power, forehand punching speed, backhand punching speed,30 s punching sandbag quantity and power, and 3min punching sandbag quantity and power. It provides useful reference for the scientific training and preparation for major competitions for Chinese women boxers and coaches. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to reasonably adjust the competitive state, the 4-week pre-competition training cycle of Inner Mongolia women boxers presents the stage division characteristics of "adaptation--strengthening--strengthening--reducing".In the first week, special physical strength transformation and heavy boxing technology enhancement are emphasized. In the second week, the special physical strength and actual combat ability should be strengthened;in the third week, the existing special physical strength should be maintained and the competition ability should be developed;in the fourth week, the special physical strength should be maintained and the superior skills and tactics should be consolidated.(2)Centering on the orientation of competition needs, the pre-match physical training mainly adopts repetition and interval training, while the technical and tactical training mainly adopts complete training and competition training, and the pre-match adaptation stage gives consideration to basic and special physical fitness.Focus on the comprehensive technical and tactical training, strengthen and reduce the stage to highlight the special ability and individual technical and tactical development.(3)The pre-competition training load intensity reflected by RPE value changes in an inverted U-shaped curve, from moderate to medium-high to medium-low intensity, and the pre-competition load measurement presents an "increasing and decreasing" arrangement as the stage goes on.(4)The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes are identical with the changes of load. The monitoring of physiological and biochemical indexes reflects that athletes are well adapted to the pre-competition training load, and the training arrangement is reasonable. There are significant differences in the test indexes of single punch and continuous hit ability, which reflects the effectiveness of pre-competition training.
