In the context of the integration of sports and education, school sports work needs to pay attention to the development of students’ personality, and to enhance physical fitness while also allowing students to enjoy sports. As the final strengthening stage of students’ physical fitness, college sports still have many problems.Badminton,as one of the most popular sports for college students, also undertakes the task of promoting the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health. However, the current badminton class students in colleges and universities are not very motivated to learn. The time interest rate in the classroom is not high, and students repeatedly practice a single technique within the specified time, which results in students not being able to enjoy sports in the classroom, thereby reducing the learning effect. Therefore,it is particularly important to change the form of teaching organization, let students practice independently, and arrange the content of practice reasonably.Starting from some problems existing in the current teaching of badminton public sports courses in colleges and universities, this paper attempts to use the teaching organization form of group rotation to improve the teaching efficiency of the classroom, stimulate students’ interest in learning, and promote the development of students’ physical quality and the mastery of sports skills.Make up for the shortcomings and limitations of traditional teaching organization. This research is of great significance to promoting the practice of badminton teaching in public sports courses in colleges and universities, and enriching the organizational form of badminton teaching in colleges and universities. It also provides theoretical basis and practical experience for further deepening the application and research of group rotation teaching in public sports teaching in the future.Contribute to providing an operable and efficient classroom teaching organization form for badminton teaching in public sports courses in colleges and universities. This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method to conduct a 10-week teaching comparison experiment for two male classes of badminton public sports classes in Shanghai University in the autumn semester of 2021.The experimental class adopts the teaching organization form of group rotation. The control class adopts the traditional teaching organization form. Before the experiment, the students’ interest level in physical education,as well as their height, weight and age, were collected through the form of questionnaires distributed by students in the two classes. At the same time, the relevant physical fitness and badminton skills were tested and collected, after importing the collected data into Excel, using SPSS software to conduct independent sample t-test on students in two classes, after the horizontal comparison of each index showed no significant difference,a comparative teaching experiment was carried out. After the experiment, some indicators were re-tested and collected, and the collected data was compared and analyzed again. At the same time, the paired sample t-test longitudinal comparison analysis was carried out on the situation of each class before and after the experiment. The final conclusions are as follows:1)Compared with the traditional teaching organization form, the grouping and rotating teaching organization form of teaching, the students’ interest in learning is relatively high, and the constantly changing practice content can make students feel relaxed and happy during practice, and the students It is believed that the teaching in the form of group rotation teaching organization is more novel and attracts students’ attention.2)The two teaching organization forms have a positive impact on the students’ overall pace, badminton throws, forehand hits from the backcourt, forehand hits from the backcourt, forehand picks, and smashing techniques. The rotating experimental class was better in the promotion of full court pace, serve, high ball, and forehand pick.3)In the group rotation teaching,by allowing the students to experience the difference between the movement skills in the repeated practice, the distinction and memory of the movement skills are better deepened, and it is more conducive to the students to accurately grasp the basic skills of badminton. Therefore, the students in the experimental class performed better than the control class after the experiment. |
