| In November 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed “people’s cities built by the people,people’s cities for the people” during his inspection in the Yangpu Riverside in Shanghai,and for the first time clearly expounded the important concept of “people’s city”.The important concept of “people’s city” was put forward in the background of the continuous development of cities and the increasing demands of the people for a better life.Sports demand,as an important part of the demand for a better life,plays an important role in people’s pursuit of a better life.Therefore,the optimization of the supply of public sports services has become an important way to implement the concept of "people’s city",to push ahead the strategy of “national fitness” and to strategically promote the construction of a strong power as well.This paper adopts a variety of research methods such as literature method,case study method,field investigation method and mathematical statistics method.It takes the important concept of “people’s city” as the research perspective,the scene theory as the theoretical basis,and the urban public sports service as the research object.A case study was conducted on the Yangpu riverside fitness trail in Shanghai.Based on China’s national conditions and the essential attributes of public sports services,combined with the important concept of “people’s city”,this paper constructs an analysis framework with Chinese characteristics under the framework of the cultural dimension of the scene theory.It is believed that the analysis framework of public sports service scenarios consists of 3 main dimensions of “affinity to people”,“publicity” and “characteristics”.On this basis,the scene of Shanghai Yangpu riverside fitness trail was further measured by amenities.The results showed that amenities in Yangpu riverside fitness trail strengthened the main value dimensions of“affinity to people”,“publicity” and “characteristics”.The research believes that in the process of scene construction of the riverside fitness trail in Yangpu District,it is embedded in the scene through party building,cultural implantation,fashion integration,space reconstruction and activities,reflecting the essential attributes of “affinity to people”,“publicity” and“characteristics”.This also enlightens us that the scene construction of urban public sports services must adhere to the leadership of party building with strengthening organizational construction,political and service functions;the people-centered conception with strengthening the construction and maintenance of supporting facilities;the characteristics of culture to build a cultural scene of public sports services;the use of space as the carrier to improve the quality of public sports services;emotion as a link with carrying out characteristic activities to link interpersonal relationships. |
