| Purpose: Help high school students physical quality up positive development is the main content of the school sports work,but after years of continuous decrease of students’ physical quality,directly reflects the high school physical education at present is still the weak link of school’s sports,and present the phenomenon of unbalanced development,especially between the unique value of the education failed to fully reflect,As a result,the situation of high school students’ sports activities during the break is not satisfactory,so scientifically and effectively improving the participation of high school students in the break has become an important issue in need of teachers and students’ advice.Along with student age growth at the same time,the adolescent sports participation behavior of high school students group in this period easily affected by atmosphere peer groups,or the environment,so the in-depth analysis of peer groups characteristic and high school students break the relationship between effect of sports participation behavior,on the one hand can improve recess sports participation suggest has a referential effect,On the other hand,it can also provide some analysis materials for the theoretical and practical research of peer group effect.Methods: In this study,559 senior high school students from Luoyang No.1Senior High School were selected as the subjects.Literature retrieval was conducted on CNKI,VIP,Web of Science(WOS),Pub Med and other websites to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the overall situation of high school students’ participation in recess sports and the influence of peer groups.The retest reliability of the questionnaire was 0.823 and the validity was good,which could be used for investigation and research.The mathematical statistics method uses descriptive statistics to analyze the attitude and motivation of high school students’ participation in recess sports.Through one-way an OVA and Chi-square test,the influence of peer group type on high school students’ participation in recess sports is studied,and the differences of high school students’ attitude and motivation in different genders and grades are examined.Finally,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between the influence path of peer group and the sports participation of high school students during recess.Results:(1)The attitudes of high school students to participate in recess sports are mainly average,relatively fond and very fond,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.The main motivation is to release pressure,relax mood,improve physical fitness and improve health,and there are significant differences between boys and girls.(2)The amount of physical activity of senior high school students includes small amount of physical activity,medium amount of physical activity and large amount of physical activity,and there are significant differences in gender,grade and origin of students;(3)high school students between the main influence factors of sports participation is various,including the content of the recess sports activities and length,physical and emotional state,obligations,sports equipment,peer groups,and the other,to break with gender,grade,and the influence of the students of physical activity places the significant difference;(4)There are mainly four types of peer groups among senior high school students: learning seeking type,exercise type,cheerful entertainment type and common ideal type.There are significant differences in the influence of these four types of peer groups on the amount of physical activity of senior high school students during recess.(5)the central figure in peer groups to break the influence of sports participation include positive demonstration,role models,organize and guide sports activities,participate in the class recess influence participation in value judgment,negative tired,obstruction in recess and other sports activities,to break the influence of sports participation has a significant difference in gender;(6)peer groups and high school students between sports participation informational effect exists between the main expressive,utilitarianism influence and value affect the three paths,correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression model shows that the three influence path and high positive correlation between sports participation are,the effect of the expressive effect and the value is the largest.Conclusions:(1)The attitudes of high school students to participate in sports during recess are generally average,relatively fond and very fond,but the amount of physical activity during recess is mainly light exercise,and there are significant differences in gender,grade and origin of the peer group;(2)The peer groups of knowledge-seeking,exercise,happy entertainment and common ideal all have a significant effect on high school students’ participation in recess sports;(3)The influence of the core figures in the peer group on high school students’ participation in recess sports is mainly by example and organization guidance;(4)Peer group has a positive influence on high school students’ participation in recess sports.There is a significant positive correlation between the influence of information,utility and value expression and high school students’ participation in recess sports,and the effect of value expression is the largest.Suggestions:(1)Reduce the schoolwork burden of senior high school students and strengthen the scientific management of sports during recess;(2)Enrich the content of recess sports activities and cultivate the motivation of high school students to participate in recess sports;(3)Pay attention to the influence of peer group on high school students’ participation in recess sports and optimize the influence path;(4)Pay attention to the guidance of the core figures in the group and exert a positive influence effectively. |
