In recent years,with the popularity and popularity of marathon,how to prepare for marathon pre competition training plays a more and more important role in the field of competitive sports.In the past,the understanding of the older generation of domestic coaches on pre competition training was limited to the traditional training mode,resulting in generation after generation of athletes unable to play their due level.Nowadays,China’s women’s marathon is not ranked well in the world.By studying and summarizing the pre competition training of the National Women’s training team preparing for the 2021 Shaanxi National Games marathon,we can find the advantages and disadvantages of its pre competition training,and provide reference for the majority of sports team coaches and athletes.This paper uses the methods of investigation,case study and expert interview to collect the pre competition training plan and physiological indicators of Li Meizhen,a member of the national team training team,in Xi’an National Games.Combined with the data,the research results are as follows:1.The whole pre competition training cycle is 57 days.The training methods mainly include continuous training,variable speed training and intermittent training.The training content is mainly mixed oxygen,supplemented by physical training.2.The training load mainly highlights the high-intensity training at the second inflection point of lactate threshold,which improves Li Meizhen’s acid resistance and later sprint ability.3.The physiological indexes such as CK,bun and Hb are within the range of expected results,and the athletes respond well to the pre competition training.4.There was no intensive class a week before the race.The marathon broke through the personal best and ranked ninth in the National Games.The above results are systematically analyzed,summarized and summarized.A more objective conclusion is drawn.This paper puts forward the root of the training problem,and defines the training contents,training methods and means that need to be improved:(1)Under the condition that the athletes need more lactic acid than the training threshold before the marathon,the proportion of lactic acid can be increased,so that the athletes can bear the running load more than 44 km before the marathon.(2)The training means of pre competition training is too single.Long-term repeated venues and training means will cause athletes’ psychological fatigue.It is necessary to properly combine cross-country,skiing,water rehabilitation and other energy supply projects with the same system to improve the richness of the overall training content.(3)The range of serum testosterone is lower than the normal value.It is recommended to supplement foods rich in vitamin E and improve sleep quality.(4)Increase the number of psychological training before the competition,and set the correct competition goal and mentality.After summarizing and interviewing the athletes,I feel the experience of pre competition training: even the best athletes in the world may have abnormal performance,and the purpose of pre competition training is to improve the best state of athletes.Pre competition training needs to improve and arrange the training objectives of each stage.Marathon is a sport that needs time and experience accumulation.Under the premise of scientific training,gradually improving athletes’ performance is the only way to improve women’s marathon in China.
