| Research Objective: The traditional teaching of cheerleading is limited to the pursuit of the combination of students’ individual movements and music,while the communication and cooperation between students in the learning process is not fully reflected,which leads to the lack of teamwork awareness among students.The traditional teaching mode of high school classroom only aims at the development of students’ physical quality,and the cooperative teaching mode is implemented in cheerleading teaching,so as to explore its influence on the development of students’ physical and mental development and sports ability,providing theoretical basis for the development of cooperative teaching mode.Research methods: based on the development of traditional teaching mode and the characteristics of cheerleading teaching,the cooperative teaching mode is applied to cheerleading teaching,and the influence of cooperative teaching mode on the physical and mental health and sports ability of girls in the club is studied.Through the method of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics as the method of writing the paper,in Shanghai Press and Publication vocational technical School cheerleading club selected 44 girls(are sophomore and have a year of cheerleading learning foundation)as experimental objects.Two teaching modes were used to conduct 16-week teaching experiment of the new routine of cheerleading for 44 students,namely,traditional teaching mode and cooperative teaching mode.44 students average can be divided into two groups,one group as the experimental group,a group as the control group,in the process of experiment,the experimental group USES the cooperative teaching mode,the control group used the traditional teaching mode,before,during and after the experiment of 44 students body shape,physical quality,mental health tests,and before and after the experiment the students cooperation intention questionnaire and personal confidence level.Results:(1)After the experiment,the body shape,body weight,waist circumference and hip circumference of the experimental group showed a significant downward trend,while the data of the control group showed no significant difference before and after the experiment;(2)After the experiment,the physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the changes of 800 meters,50 meters and sitting body flexion were more obvious than those of the control group.(3)in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment on the mental health test,test again after 48 weeks of experiment,the results show that the experimental group students their psychological level has obviously improved after the experiment,and about the cooperation intention survey,the experimental group in the experiment,the number of people are willing to cooperate with others improved significantly after After the intervention of cooperative teaching mode,the new level of personal confidence of the experimental group members was also significantly improved.Research Conclusions:(1)The cooperative teaching model effectively improves students’ physical quality and physical and mental health development;(2)Through the intervention of cooperative teaching mode,students cooperate with each other and make joint efforts to complete teaching tasks and teaching objectives,so that the awareness of cooperation among students can be improved;(3)In the process of cooperative teaching,the role playing among team members makes each student an indispensable part of the team,and each person’s position is particularly important.Therefore,the intervention of cooperative teaching mode can improve the level of personal confidence of students. |
