| The "Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation" proposes to extensively carry out national fitness activities and develop sports that are popular with the masses.By 2035,the proportion of people who regularly participate in physical exercise will reach more than 45%.Regular participation in physical exercise is used as a comprehensive indicator to measure the situation of physical exercise.However,at present,the phenomenon of physical exercise that is "easy to participate,difficult to adhere to" is widespread.Therefore,by solving the problem of persistence in physical exercise,it is necessary to increase the proportion of people who regularly participate in physical exercise,which is necessary to help a healthy China,a strong sports country,and to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry.The research object of this paper is urban residents who participate in square dance exercise,and meet the three conditions of exercise frequency of 3 or more times per week,each time duration of 30 minutes or more,and the exercise time that has been adhered to for 6 months or more,and selected Huoshan County,Anhui Province as a case site for investigation.This study adopts the qualitative research paradigm as a whole,uses the literature method and grounded theory to penetrate into the inner world of exercisers,and explores the factors and internal connections that affect square dance exercisers’ persistence in exercising.Through the text data obtained from the in-depth interviews with 21 exercisers,the Nvivo qualitative analysis software is used for coding,and a model of influencing factors of square dance exercise persistence is constructed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed to promote the development of mass fitness.,to help the construction of a strong sports county in the hometown.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The square dance exercise in Huoshan County,the survey site,has a large scale,a wide audience,and a large number of participants.The team is equipped with more professional social instructors.,professional" three characteristics.In addition,the basic characteristics of the people participating in square dance show the characteristics of a large age span,a low level of education,a wide range of occupations,and a large difference in the number of years of persistence.(2)The exercise persistence behavior of square dance is affected by the exerciser’s personality,the exerciser’s value cognition,the internal driving force,the social support,the group factor,the exercise guarantee and the project characteristic factor.Among them,the value cognition,internal driving force and individual preference of the exercisers are the influencing factors on the individual psychological level of the square dance exercisers,which directly affect the exercise participation and persistence behaviors of the exercisers’ personality characteristics;group factors,social support,exercise guarantee and programs The characteristic factor is the external environmental factor of the persistence of square dance exercise,which has a certain mediating effect.(3)There is a certain correlation between the various dimension factors that affect the persistence of square dance exercise.Among them,exercisers’ personality characteristics,internal driving force,and exercisers’ value cognition factors directly affect their exercise persistence.To a certain extent,exercisers’ personality,social support,exercise security and group factors can stimulate the potential needs of exercisers and make them generate new internal driving force to maintain exercise persistence behavior.Exercisers’ personality,internal drive,and social support influence exercisers’ perceptions of sports.According to the established model of the influencing factors of exercise persistence of square dance exercise groups,there are certain inspirations for improving the persistence of square dance exercise,including the following points:(1)Improve personality characteristics and stimulate enthusiasm for physical exercise.(2)Deepen value cognition and improve self-exercise behavior.(3)Stimulate internal driving force and strengthen the intention of exercise behavior.(4)Optimize the exercise environment and create a good exercise atmosphere.(5)Integrate social resources and improve sports organizations. |
