Background and objectives:In October 2021,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Outline for National Standardization Development,marking the comprehensive development of standardization in China.In the sports standardization process,track and field,ball games,and other areas of the sports athletic field and the public have the corresponding standards development work,skill level and type of movement skill level evaluation standard whether the current related text or related academic research is still relatively scarce,especially in public areas.In order to improve the evaluation standard of fighting sports skills in the public field,this study took more than 1500 teenagers in Shanghai as the test object,and conducted quantitative evaluation on the evaluation index of youth fighting sports skills grade constructed with the assistance of more than 80 domestic experts in related fields.Theory and practice contribute to the improvement of the evaluation system of fighting sports skills.Participants and methods:This study takes the evaluation index of youth fighting sports skills as the research object,and more than 1500 teenagers aged 8-18(825 boys and 768 girls)from primary and secondary schools,clubs and youth sports schools in Shanghai as the test object.The operability of the evaluation index and the stability of the test instrument are verified through pre-experiment.Then,tape measure,jump rope,development board(STM32F103 V3),THREE-DIMENSIONAL accelerometer(ATK-IMU901),vertical fist target(KDST),5MM light-emitting diode and so on were used for data acquisition.The test content includes push-ups,three-level frog jump and other related tests of participants’ basic physical quality,strength,speed and endurance,as well as special quality tests of subjects’ fists and legs,such as 30-second straight punch and 30-second straight kick and air strike.In order to reduce the influence of objective factors on the instrument,the test time is selected between 9 am and 4 PM in sunny weather.The test site was selected in the indoor or outdoor track field without magnetic field interference.The test results were analyzed by SPSS26.0,the stability of the test instrument was tested by paired sample T test,the grading and calibration of the evaluation indexes were divided by percentile method,and the accuracy of the evaluation indexes was verified by Pearson correlation coefficient test and back generation test of the internal indexes.Results:(1)Will by means of empirical research has been completed within chucking fist air punch,30 seconds whip leg air punch,30 seconds turn swing leg air punch,chucking fist reaction force + effect,maximum whip force,maximum kick force);7-9(a minute punch lie brace,standing triple leapfrog,rope skipping,30 seconds in a minute or outside + flares,30 seconds to rob back,30 seconds tick(copy)30 seconds to whip boxing boxing air,air,free kicks combination,30 seconds tick(copy)+ boxing reaction forces,Chinese players maximum power side,shangbu kick maximum power)were quantified.(2)Using percentile method to divide the collected data,the standard range of evaluation indexes of different levels of youth fighting sports skills and the corresponding score of the standard range values of different indexes at the same level are obtained(percentage system).(3)The accuracy and stability of the self-made force measuring instrument used for data acquisition are verified.The results of paired sample T test show that the instrument has good stability,which can ensure the obtained data is more accurate and effective.(4)The correlation and return tests were carried out on the index evaluation system finally obtained.The correlation analysis showed that age and training years were closely related to the level of adolescent fighting skills,and the return results showed the high accuracy of the evaluation index system.Conclusion:(1)Through the data collection and analysis and processing of the evaluation indicators of youth fighting sports skills,the evaluation standard range of grade three and grade nine indicators is carefully and systematically defined.(2)The corresponding scores of different grades in the standard range of each index of different grades in this evaluation index system are calibrated by means of100-point conversion.(3)Correlation and back generation tests were carried out on the index evaluation system finally obtained.The correlation analysis showed that age,training programs,training years are closely related to the level of adolescent fighting skills,and the back generation test results showed that the evaluation index system is highly accurate.(4)Referring to the use of the hundred mark system in life,the principle of grade promotion in the evaluation system is determined,and the guiding principle of using the standard is clarified.(5)Due to the large number of combat sports,this study mainly focused on the standing and no equipment events,but there is still a lack of research on technical style,etc.It is hoped to continue to improve in the future.
