| As an important link connecting the friendship between the mainland people and the people of Hong Kong and Macao,Hong Kong and Macao students in mainland universities are not only the important object of the ideological education work but also the United Front work in mainland universities.The labor education of mainland universities to Hong Kong and Macao students has important educational value,which is not only conducive to cultivating Hong Kong and Macao students of the new era people for the development of the motherland,but also conducive to strengthening the ideology of Hong Kong and Macao students in mainland universities through rich and diverse labor education activities,promoting exchanges and integration with mainland students,building a communication bridge between Hong Kong and Macao and the mainland.However,for some time,labor education has been neglected,which is marginalized in family,society and school education,in this regard,mainland universities should adhere to building morality and cultivating people,according to the characteristics of Hong Kong and Macao students carry out labor education to improving the overall labor quality of students,at the same time,give full play to the significance of labor education in strengthening the national conditions cognition of Hong Kong and Macao Students,promoting cultural identity and maintaining emotional ties with mainland students.On the basis of defining basic concepts,combing theoretical basis,summarizing main contents and analyzing important values,this study designed a questionnaire and interview to conduct empirical research on Hong Kong and Macao students in mainland universities such as Huaqiao University and Jinan University,and find that there are some problems in the labor education of mainland universities for Hong Kong and Macao students,such as the content of labor education is not deep enough,the curriculum of labor education is not systematic,the diversity of labor education channels is insufficient,and the labor education guarantee mechanism is not perfect.Based on the investigation and further analysis,it is concluded that the labor education of mainland universities to Hong Kong and Macao students at the social level is affected by the colonial culture of Hong Kong and Macao SAR,the social utilitarian atmosphere and the examination oriented education;At the family level,it is influenced by the only-child family and family education concept;At the level of mainland universities,it is influenced by the insufficient attention to labor education,deviation from purpose value and focus on the special management of Hong Kong and Macao students;At the individual level,it is affected by the differences in cultural values of Hong Kong and Macao students and their little understanding of Chinese labor culture.According to the literature analysis and survey results,combined with the group characteristics of Hong Kong and Macao students,this study discusses the optimization paths for mainland universities to carry out labor education for Hong Kong and Macao students from four aspects: improving the construction of curriculum system for Hong Kong and Macao students,broadening the channels of labor education for Hong Kong and Macao students,perfecting the labor education security system for Hong Kong and Macao students,and building a collaborative education pattern for Hong Kong and Macao students,so as to promote the development of labor education for Hong Kong and Macao students in mainland universities. |
