In 2020,China achieved the goal of completely getting rid of absolute poverty and successively entered a new stage of promoting rural revitalization,among which education is an important force to achieve poverty eradication and help rural revitalization.As an important part of China’s national education system,the basic function of market-oriented and industrial services possessed by vocational education is the most direct factor to help fight poverty.With the development of technology,the role of education informatization on the high-quality development of education has also received more and more extensive attention.Vocational education,as the type of education with the closest distance to industry,the widest type of student source,and the management level,has been the most impacted in the era of informatization and has gained the most significant benefits in the transformation of informatization.Focusing on secondary vocational education,this paper conducts an in-depth research and discussion on the current situation,problems and subsequent enhancement strategies of informationization to help vocational education development,poverty return prevention and control,and rural revitalization.This paper selects the Tibetan region,where the poverty situation is more serious,as the main research object,and three of the typical secondary vocational technical schools as sample cases to conduct an in-depth investigation on the use of information technology in vocational education and the poverty alleviation of vocational education.The objective question-based questionnaire was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the school management and teachers,and then analyze the information technology construction and information technology teaching in the schools;for the students,the subjective question-based questionnaire was used to understand the students’ information technology learning and their views on poverty alleviation in vocational education,and then analyze the role of information technology development in vocational education and its impact on students from poverty-removing families.Through the analysis of different perspectives of the three subjects,we understand the development status of vocational education informatization from different dimensions and understand the awareness of different subjects on education informatization.The study found that there are certain gaps in informatization construction among different Tibetan secondary vocational schools at present.Overall the campus network infrastructure of all three schools has been initially built,the schools’ informatization teaching is basically up to standard,and the student groups are widely aware of vocational education to help the poor,and the students’ recognition of information technology is high.However,there are still many problems that deserve further improvement,including the need to strengthen the construction of school platforms,resources and other software platforms,the need to strengthen the leadership and management of school informatization,the need to improve the information literacy of teachers and students,the need to further strengthen the informatization of vocational education professional courses,and the need to improve the construction of informatization-related disciplines.Based on the analysis of the existing effectiveness and problems,the thesis proposes that the better aspects of the current construction of hardware facilities and the promotion of teaching applications to help the poor in secondary vocational schools should be promoted continuously to ensure their continued effectiveness during the period of poverty return prevention and control.In the process of developing secondary vocational education in Tibetan areas,it is necessary to further improve the attention of schools to education informatization,strengthen the construction of leadership teams and planning leadership;make full use of the power of the Internet to enrich educational resources;strengthen teacher training for teachers,especially for "dual-teacher" In the teaching process,we should pay attention to improving the informatization construction of teaching and learning of vocational education subjects;strengthening the informatization construction of professional courses and promoting practical training teaching in secondary vocational schools with information technology;at the same time,we can make full use of the Internet to open special vocational education majors with local characteristics and create high-quality online courses.Through multiple efforts,secondary vocational education in Tibetan areas can be fully empowered with the help of information technology to finally achieve high-quality development. |
