| Law is the product of society,but also the product of The Times.As the"encyclopedia of social life",the Civil Code can meet the people’s needs for the protection of private rights and fully demonstrate the people-oriented spirit of The Times.The youth stage is the "starting stage" of life.Carrying out civil code education for students in the Moral and Rule of Law course in junior middle school is helpful for students to realize the organic unity of understanding and behavior of the Civil Code.It is helpful for cultivating good young people in the new era suitable for social development and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in the Moral and Rule of Law course in junior middle school.Promoting the construction of our legal society is of great significance.This paper takes "Civil Code" as the starting point,defines "Civil Code education"and "Civil Code education in Moral and Rule of Law course in junior middle school",and expounds the characteristics,values and theoretical basis of civil code education in Moral and rule of Law course in junior middle school.Through empirical research,the author analyzes the current situation of civil code education in Morality and Rule of Law course of junior middle school,and believes that although it has achieved certain results,there are still some practical problems such as the lack of innovation in teaching methods of Civil code education,insufficient awareness of the importance of Civil code education among students,the degree of integration of Civil Code and textbook content needs to be improved,and the lack of synergy among the educating subjects of Civil Code education.The main reasons for the above problems are that teachers lack professional quality of civil code education,students lack broad vision of civil code learning,curriculum resources of civil code education need to be developed and utilized,and the management system of civil code education is not perfect.In this regard,this paper adheres to the problem-oriented approach and puts forward corresponding strategies from four aspects:building a team of high-quality teachers,enhancing students’ sense of gain,integrating teaching resources,and optimizing teaching environment,in order to cultivate new people of The Times who can practice both morality and law,and enhance the effectiveness of civil code education in Moral and Rule of Law course in junior middle school. |
