Dance basic training course is a compulsory course for students majoring in dance in vocational schools,and dance basic skills training is also a physical exercise that all dance learners must adhere to and persistently carry out.The current dance training method has been explored by generations of dancers in practice,which can effectively enhance and improve the flexibility and basic abilities of dancers.It has cultivated many outstanding dancers for us and is an indispensable training method in contemporary dance basic skills teaching.The author found through literature review that the PNF stretching training method is suitable for teaching basic skills in vocational schools,and has the function of improving the lower limb flexibility and muscle strength of vocational school students,reducing training pain,and muscle damage.There have been relevant experiments on its training and teaching methods in the field of sports and artistic gymnastics,but there are no relevant experiments in the basic dance skills classroom of vocational schools.The author hopes to combine the PNF stretching training method with traditional teaching through experiments,and introduce it into the teaching of basic skills courses in vocational schools as an auxiliary training to improve the lower limb flexibility and muscle strength of vocational school students.On the basis of theory,PNF stretching training was introduced as an auxiliary training in the basic skills classroom of vocational schools.The experimental study on lower limb flexibility and muscle strength of vocational dance students was conducted,and its effectiveness was confirmed through a three-month experiment.The experiment selected three training methods from PNF stretching training: contraction confrontation hold,active relaxation active exercise,and hold relaxation contraction.The experiment is mainly divided into an experimental group(Group A)and a control group(Group B),with 12 people in each group.Measure the flexibility of the lower limbs using the front and side legs,and measure the muscle strength of the lower limbs using a 1-minute squat jump.Finally,a comparative analysis of the experimental data was conducted,and the results showed significant differences between the two groups before and after the experiment.This indicates that PNF stretching training is effective for lower limb flexibility and muscle strength of vocational dance students.This article mainly elaborates from five parts.The first part is an introduction,which discusses the basis of the topic selection,literature review,research purpose and significance,and research object.The second part elaborates on the importance of flexibility and muscle strength in basic skill training.The third part discusses the concept of PNF stretching training,the emergence,development,types,and training principles of PNF stretching training.The fourth part mainly analyzes the basic dance skills classroom in vocational schools,further elucidating the necessity of introducing PNF stretching training into the basic dance skills classroom in vocational schools;The fifth part is mainly an important part of this paper,which elaborates on the specific process of PNF stretching training experiment;The sixth part summarizes the results of the experiment and proposes suggestions and future prospects based on the experiment.The sixth aspect is gratitude.
