| China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and all ethnic groups have created the splendid traditional culture of the Chinese nation together in the long river of history.As an important talent resource and intellectual support for the construction and development of ethnic areas,minority college students are the backbone of all ethnic groups.Optimizing the educational measures of social responsibility consciousness of minority college students is conducive to promoting ethnic unity,national security and social stability,and fulfilling the mission of educating people for the country and the Party.The education of ethnic minority college students’ sense of social responsibility is the realistic need of building a modern socialist country.This paper takes ethnic minority college students in Guangxi as the research object,and obtains relevant data and materials by issuing questionnaires and interviewing ethnic minority college students.From the results of the survey,most minority college students have strong sense of social responsibility,which is in line with the Party’s and national education policy and demonstrates the effectiveness of the collaborative education system.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that: the conflict in the development of the pluralistic social trend of thought has influenced and weakened college students’ sense of social responsibility;the pattern of school education is simple,and the advantage of school education is not obvious;the function of family education is not evident,and the awareness of family intergenerational and family tradition construction is not strong;students’ self-education consciousness and self-consciousness are not strong.Based on the above four aspects,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the social responsibility consciousness education of ethnic minority college students from four dimensions: social environment,school education,family education and self-education.First,we should improve the influence of the social environment,carry forward the Chinese spirit,and gather the strength to forge ahead.Promote the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities and enhance their confidence in their culture;set Typical ethnic heroes and create a good atmosphere.Second,let the school education play the main role: guide students to make career plan;exert the synergy of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities;strengthen the study of the four histories;optimize the campus environment.Third,the basic function of family education should be brought into play.We should pay attention to the cultivation of family tradition,and parents should set a good example of family tradition and establish correct family education concepts.Fourth,to enhance students’ self-education ability and consciousness,students should correctly understand the importance of social responsibility awareness,do not live up to the times to forge ahead,and establish a large ambition.The education of ethnic minority college students’ sense of social responsibility is a task that needs to be persisted for a long time.It is expected that this study can provide reference for further optimizing the education countermeasures of ethnic minority college students’ sense of social responsibility. |
