| Objective:To explore the different effects of table tennis teaching training and basketball teaching training on children’s attention network system and its three sub-functions:vigilance function,orientation function and executive control function.The aim is to enrich the relevant theories of sports intervention on cognitive function and attention function,and to provide theoretical basis for the teaching of table tennis and basketball in physical education.Research methods:Based on Posner’s attention network theory,children in table tennis group,basketball group and control group were asked to complete the attention network test task(ANT),and the processing characteristics of the three sub-functions of the attention network in children receiving different sports interventions were analyzed.In this study,51 subjects aged 9-12(20 in table tennis group,11 in basketball group and 20 in control group)were selected to complete the experiment.The intervention group received 60 minutes of table tennis and basketball intervention 3 times a week for 12 weeks.Before intervention,the basic information of all subjects was screened to ensure that all subjects were at the same baseline level.The ANT test was carried out before and after the 12-week exercise intervention,and the attention function of the subjects was evaluated according to the correct rate of the ANT test task,reaction time,and the response time of the three sub-functions of the attention network,namely the vigilance function,the orientation function and the executive control function.The repeated measure analysis of variance was used to compare the changes of various indicators of the three groups after 12 weeks of the task.The differences in the development of attention function among the three groups were compared.Research results:(1)The time main effect of ANT test accuracy was significantly different between the subjects before and after 12-week exercise intervention(p<0.05),and the post-test result was significantly higher than that before exercise intervention.There was no statistical significance in the main effect(p>0.05).(2)There was a significant difference in the time main effect of ANT test response between subjects before and after 12-week exercise intervention(p<0.05),The result of post-test is significantly lower than that of pre-test.There was a significant difference in the main effect between the groups(p<0.05),that is,there was a significant difference between the table tennis group and the control group(p<0.05),the basketball group and the control group(p<0.05),and the table tennis group and the basketball group(p<0.05).(3)The interaction effect of time × group on alertness function of attention network before and after 12-week exercise intervention was significantly different(p<0.05).Simple effect analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in alertness function of pretest among the three groups(p>0.05).After comparative analysis,the alert function after table tennis intervention and basketball intervention was significantly better than that of the control group(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the alert function between the table tennis and basketball groups(p>0.05),indicating that the improvement of alert function after table tennis intervention was better than that after basketball intervention.(4)At 12 weeks,the time main effect of attention network orientation was significantly different in table tennis,basketball and control groups before and after intervention(p<0.05),and the posttest of the three interventions was significantly greater than that of the pre-test.There were significant differences in the main effect between the groups(p<0.05),that is,there were significant differences between the table tennis group and the control group,and the basketball group and the control group in terms of orientation function(p<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the table tennis group and the basketball group(p>0.05).(5)Further comparison was made on the difference of ANT related indexes of the three groups before and after intervention.The results showed that the reaction time difference of ANT test before and after intervention was significant between the table tennis group,the basketball group and the control group(p<0.05),and the basketball group and the control group(p<0.05).These results indicate that table tennis exercise intervention has the best effect on ANT test response.In terms of alertness function difference of attention network before and after intervention,there was significant difference between table tennis group and basketball group and control group(p<0.05),and there was significant difference between basketball group and control group(p<0.05).These results indicate that table tennis intervention has the best effect on the alertness function of attention network.After intervention,there was a significant difference in the orientation function of attention network between table tennis and basketball and control group(p<0.05),but no statistical significance between table tennis and basketball(p>0.05).The results showed that the improvement of orientation function in table tennis group and basketball group after intervention was better than that in control group.Research conclusion:(1)The 12-week teaching and training of table tennis and basketball improved the effectiveness of the attention network system in children aged 9-12.The intervention of table tennis and basketball had a positive effect on the accuracy of ANT test task,reaction time,the development of the alert function and orientation function of attention network in children aged 9-12.(2)After 12 weeks of teaching and training,the intervention effect of table tennis training on the alertness function of attention network and the response of ANT test task in children aged 9-12 years old is better than that of basketball teaching and training. |
