Classroom teaching innovation not only promotes the quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,but also promotes the construction of current teaching teams.With the development of the times,secondary vocational schools have been entrusted with the important mission of cultivating skilled,innovative and application-oriented talents.At the same time,the promulgation of relevant policies in China has ensured the construction of classroom teaching quality and teacher team quality in secondary vocational schools.How to effectively realize classroom teaching innovation has become an important task at present,and how to relate and realize classroom teaching innovation based on collaborative community has become an urgent problem for reform in classroom teaching of "Secretary Practice" for middle jobs.This study aims to construct how to connect the transmission chain of secondary vocational education teaching innovation,complete the evaluation of the teaching innovation effectiveness and problem attribution of the secondary vocational education teaching innovation teamwork community,demonstrate the practical challenges and influencing factors of the teamwork community to promote teaching innovation,and try to establish a teaching innovation mechanism of middle-level "secretarial practice" based on the collaborative community.Based on the above objectives,this study adopts the literature method and questionnaire survey methods,draws on relevant theories,sorts out the concept,elements and development forms of collaborative community,clarifies the connotation,dimension and path of teaching innovation,analyzes the existing literature research of individual teachers,teaching and research departments,traditional teaching teams and teaching innovation teams,investigates the current situation of classroom teaching innovation of "Secretary Practice" for middle jobs,deeply analyzes the difficulties and challenges of classroom teaching innovation of "Secretary Practice" for middle jobs,and constructs "Secretary Practice" for middle jobs based on the collaborative community The transmission model of classroom teaching innovation promotes the exploration of effective ways for classroom teaching innovation of "Secretary Practice" for middle jobs.This study proposes a path of classroom teaching innovation based on collaborative community,mainly including: condensing the consensus of teaching innovation and building the willingness of teaching innovation;Docking job skills,exploring teaching innovation actions;Integrate three-dimensional teaching resources to improve the effectiveness of teaching innovation;Relying on the "school-enterprise-school" co-construction mechanism,four paths such as the teaching innovation transmission chain are built to provide a reference path for the quality assurance of classroom teaching innovation of the middle-level "Secretary Practice".In addition,the innovation points of this study are to build a teaching innovation transmission chain of secondary vocational education collaborative community and explore the path of classroom teaching innovation from the perspective of collaborative community.The disadvantage is that the personal theory precipitation is insufficient and the personal work situation experience is limited,and it is expected that future generations will further supplement and improve the above deficiencies.
