| The implementation of the credit student loan policy in student areas has further improved the fairness of education,so that more students from poor families can enjoy higher education.Jiangxi province actively responded to the national policy,from 2008 pilot,2009 officially began to conduct the credit student loan work in 2009.After more than ten years of development,certain results have been achieved.However,they also face more problems.From the perspective of public management,this paper,through the collation and analysis of the domestic and foreign published literature,to understand the current situation of student loans at home and abroad.At the same time,in the form of questionnaire survey and interview survey of Jiangxi A university college students and management teachers for research,through the data sorting and analysis of the survey,explore the Jiangxi province students in the credit student loan problems,such as public policy is not perfect,management organization is not sound and students have potential credit risk,etc.Further analysis of the causes of the problems,such as imperfect institutional construction,weak management awareness and management ability of universities and county-level funding centers,imperfect credit system,and weak sense of responsibility of students.In order to further improve the Jiangxi province students credit student loan policy,improve its implementation effect and quality,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: first,improve the student loan management system,establish post-loan management system,linkage other related information system,perfect students credit loan guarantee mechanism,timely adjust the repayment period and repayment method,set flexible repayment methods,increase the propaganda of student loan policy in colleges and universities.Second,improve the establishment of credit student loan institutions in the places where the source of students comes from,optimize personnel allocation,and build funding institutions with independent legal person status.Third,build the personal credit system of college students,establish the professional college students’ personal credit consultation system and evaluation institutions,and timely carry out the phased credit education. |
