| Totem is a symbol of a group,and the totems of each tribe have unique meanings.Through totems,one can understand the historical customs and cultural content of a group.As the largest ethnic minority in China,totems are a unique cultural resource.The totem worship ofthe Zhuang ethnic group is a primitive belief that originated from agricultural life through the understanding of natural changes by the ancestors of the Zhuang ethnic group.In the primitive primitive primitive society,due to the narrow vision of the ancestors and the characteristics of the clan system,they believed that the ancestors of the clan were closely related to a certain species of animals and plants in the surrounding environment,especially animals.They also believed that the ancestors were the embodiment of totemic animals and plants,and explained the origin of humanity through animals and plants other than humans.Totem is a historical and cultural phenomenon,andthe animal patterns of Zhuang totems not only reflect the care and pursuit of nature,life,and rice cultivation by Zhuang ancestors,but also help to understand the emergence and development of the Zhuang people by studying the animal patterns of Zhuang totems.Applying Zhuang totem animal patterns to middle school art teaching,using totem animal patterns as a form of expression and combining the meanings of animal patterns,to conduct rich and diverse art teaching,strengthenstudents’ understanding of traditional ethnic art culture in the region,improve their interest in art classes,and enhance students’ ability to collect information,extract key content,and explore independently in the process of connecting with reality and collecting data,Stimulate students to further understand and love local culture.At the same time,it can also cultivate students’ ability to apply creative thinking,develop innovative awareness,and exercise their hands-on practical and collaborative abilities.This article focuses on the feasibility and operability of applying Zhuang totem patterns in middle school art teaching by elaboratingon three parts: introduction,main text,and summary.In the introduction section,the research background,current research status,research purpose and significance,research methods,and innovative pointsare elaborated.The first chapter mainly discusses and analyzes the origin of Zhuang totems,the development process and categories of animal patterns in Zhuang totems,social value,and teaching value.The second chapter is an analysis of the current situation of art teaching in Nanning No.S Middle School,including student questionnaire survey analysis and teacher interview analysis related to Zhuang totem animal patterns,as well as the feasibility analysis of applying Zhuang totem animal patterns to middle school art teaching.Chapter 3 is the teaching design and practical cases of Zhuang totem animal patterns.The courses include "Appreciation of Zhuang totem animal patterns","Zhuang totem animal patterns on the canvas","Zhuang totem animal patterns and logo design","Natural exploration in Zhuang totem patterns",as well as teaching results display and student work evaluation.Chapter 4 is a summary of the effectiveness and reflection during th course implementation process.The final conclusion section summarizes and elaborates on the shortcomings of this study,as well as further prospects. |
