At the beginning of the implementation of the physical education examination system,it was to promote the development of students’ physical health,improve students’ physical health,and develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise.With the results of the previous national student physical health survey,the physical fitness of young students in China has shown a downward trend,which is mainly manifested in the obvious decline in the speed,explosiveness and strength quality of students,and the problems of obesity and vision decline are more prominent.In order to cope with the decline in the physical health of young students,the party and the state have successively issued a series of policies and documents to support the development of school sports and improve the physical health of students,and many documents have emphasized the need to improve the test content,methods and scoring methods of the physical education middle school examination,and strive to improve the physical health level of students through the improvement of the physical education middle school examination.Taking the improvement strategy of Nanning physical education middle school entrance examination plan as the research object,using the literature method,comparative analysis method,expert interview method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,the historical combing and stage division of the development of China’s physical education middle school entrance examination was carried out,and the project setting and evaluation method of Nanning physical education middle school entrance examination program were also sorted out historically,and the change trend of the two parts of the project setting and evaluation method of Nanning sports middle school entrance examination program was understood.A questionnaire survey was conducted on physical education teachers,students and parents in Nanning to understand the basic views and views of the three groups on the setting and evaluation methods of physical education middle school entrance examination.The Nanning Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination Program was studied and compared with the other five typical urban sports middle school examination schemes,focusing on understanding the advantages and shortcomings of the Nanning Sports Middle School Entrance Examination Program and the other five cities in terms of project setting and evaluation methods,and analyzing the overall characteristics and comparative characteristics of the Nanning Sports Middle School Entrance Examination Program.Finally,through the Delphi method,the system of setting and evaluation methods of Nanning Sports Middle School Entrance Examination is reconstructed,and a new system suitable for the current situation of Nanning is constructed,which provides certain support for the improvement of Nanning Sports Middle School Examination.Through the study,the following conclusions were drawn:1.Through combing and analysis,it is found that the development of China’s sports entrance examination is mainly divided into four stages,namely,the exploration and development stage,the vigorous development stage,the comprehensive deepening stage and the deepening reform stage.Each stage has its distinctive characteristics,and the development of each stage has been further optimized on the basis of the original.2.Nanning Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination has experienced a development process from 3 to 11 items in terms of project setting.In terms of evaluation methods,it has experienced a change process from the initial final evaluation to the final evaluation + process evaluation and then to the current final evaluation.3.Nanning physical education teachers,students and parents believe that there are unreasonable parts in the project setting and evaluation methods of the Nanning Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination Program.Among them,there is a phenomenon of emphasizing physical fitness over skills,and physical education teachers,students and parents believe that it is necessary to increase the number of skill examination items;At the same time,there is a relatively single phenomenon in the evaluation method,and physical education teachers,students and parents believe that it is necessary to reasonably increase the process evaluation method for evaluation.4.Through the comparative analysis of the physical education middle school examination programs of 6 cities,it is found that in terms of examination items,there are more special skill examination items in other five cities,and fewer special skill examination items in Nanning sports middle school examination program.In terms of evaluation methods,the other five cities adopted the evaluation method of process evaluation or process evaluation + final evaluation,and the Nanning Sports Middle School Entrance Examination program adopted the evaluation method of final evaluation.5.Through the use of Delphi method,the Nanning Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination project setting system has been established,which consists of 4 first-level indicators of physical education,competition results,basic physical fitness and special skills,13 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators mainly based on course results,physical test results,internal competition results,external competition results,endurance,speed,strength,flexibility,ball,swimming,gymnastics,martial arts and traditional categories.The evaluation method system of Nanning Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination has been established,which consists of 2 first-level indicators of process evaluation and final evaluation,4 second-level indicators and 13 third-level indicators focusing on physical learning,competition results,basic physical fitness and special skills.Through the study,the following optimization suggestions are proposed:1.When formulating the plan for the sports middle school entrance examination,it is necessary to implement an information disclosure system,widely collect opinions and suggestions from all walks of life,truly consider the interests and concerns of all parties,increase the degree of participation of all stakeholders,and truly do a good job of consultation and coordination between various subjects.2.Nanning physical education middle school entrance examination plan should formulate reasonable process evaluation rules,the increase of process evaluation should be a highlight of the improvement of Nanning sports middle school entrance examination program,how to scientifically and reasonably formulate evaluation rules,so that the evaluation rules can meet the needs of students’ physical fitness evaluation,but also meet the needs of physical education middle school entrance examination program evaluation.3.The Nanning Physical Education Middle School Examination Program should increase the number of special skill items,and reasonably determine the type and number of examination items in the process of future physical education examinations,so that the examination items can promote students’ enthusiasm in participating in sports,so as to further improve students’ physical fitness. |
