| The classroom is the main site for achieving the goals of the new curriculum reform,and the optimization of classroom management is a necessary condition for the development of science and education.Teachers are the foundation of education and education.Only by attaching great importance to every aspect of daily classroom management and constantly learning how to improve elementary school classroom management as the beginning of compulsory education can teachers and students become better versions of themselves and continue to strengthen the foundation of national and ethnic development.The current research on elementary school teachers is more inclined to the emotional aspects of the feelings and likes and dislikes of the teaching profession,such as job satisfaction,happiness,and burnout periods of elementary school teachers,and there is less research on the specific connotations of classroom management of elementary school teachers.Based on the research conducted by the researcher in Nanning,the capital city of Guangxi,this study found that there is a gap between elementary school beginning teachers’ years of teaching,experience experience,and self-knowledge in the education process and the standards that elementary school teachers should achieve,and based on this,we consider how to optimize the classroom management of elementary school beginning teachers in Nanning.This study focused on the classroom management of beginning teachers in five elementary school in Nanning City using literature research and interview survey methods.The connotations of classroom management and elementary school beginning teachers were organized and analyzed through the literature research method,and the core concepts of this study were defined.The current classroom management of elementary school teachers in Nanning City was studied through questionnaires,observations and interviews,and the problems of classroom routine management,classroom order management,classroom environment management,and classroom teaching management were found in four areas.After analysis,it can be seen that they are mainly due to the lack of attention to classroom management by elementary school junior teachers in Nanning,insufficient school supervision,loopholes in the school system,and the lack of a fair and balanced view of students.Optimization paths such as practicing the policy of the Ministry of Education in a steady manner,building a balance between freedom and order in the tripartite communication between home,school and students should be proposed,and improving the supervision mechanism of classroom teaching management. |
