Achieving socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the overall task of socialism with Chinese characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that "happiness comes out of struggle" and that "when youth thrive,the country thrives;when youth are strong,the country is strong".In the great march towards the second-century goal,youth is always the most active and vibrant force in the whole society,the hope of the country lies in the youth,and the future of the nation also lies in the youth.Promoting the concept of struggle and happiness in teaching high school ideology and politics has an important motivational value for contemporary high school students.The survey found that,due to the influence of the family and social environment,some contemporary high school students have deviations in their understanding of happiness and the way they pursue it,and they do not match the motivation and desire to pursue happiness with a high level of happiness.The problems are that the teaching methods are not flexible and the evaluation is not comprehensive.By exploring the optimal strategy of integrating the concept of struggle and happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics,we can effectively crack these problems,which will help to improve the quality of teaching,implement the teaching content into moral practice,achieve the purpose of educating people with moral values,promote the all-round development of students,and cultivate a batch of new people of the times who advocate struggle and are brave to struggle for the development of the country and the revitalization of the nation.This study uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to research the integration of the concept of struggle and happiness into the teaching strategies of high school ideology and politics classes.Firstly,the core concepts of the concept of happiness and the concept of striving for happiness are systematically explained,and the relevant theories,such as the Marxist concept of labor happiness,the traditional Chinese idea of striving for happiness,and the Chinese Communist concept of striving for happiness,are used as the basis of the study to explore the inner fit between the education of the concept of striving for happiness and the teaching of high school ideological and political classes and to summarise the practical value of integrating the concept of striving for happiness into the teaching of high school ideological and political classes based on practice.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we conduct an empirical study of contemporary high school students’ concept of struggle and happiness and the integration of the concept of struggle and happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes and analyze the causes of the problems.Thirdly,four aspects are explored: teachers themselves,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,and some effective methods are proposed to build an optimal strategy for the effective integration of the concept of the struggle for happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes,to improve the effectiveness of the integration of the concept of the struggle for happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating the concept of the struggle for happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics are confirmed through the analysis of teaching examples.The study of strategies for integrating the concept of the struggle for happiness into the teaching of high school ideology and politics shows that the key to improving the quality of teaching the concept of the struggle for happiness into the curriculum lies with teachers,who should not only improve their quality but also enrich the teaching content,innovate teaching methods and optimize teaching evaluation to optimize the integration of the concept of the struggle for happiness into the teaching of the curriculum.
