| The low achievement of teaching objectives has always been a problem of great concern to front-line teachers.In response to this problem,scholars led by Professor Cui Yunkuo put forward the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation,and believed that only by focusing on clear teaching objectives can the three finally maintain consistency.In recent years,based on the basic concept of the mathematics curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)and the demand for the specialization of the curriculum horizon,the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation has been accepted by most scholars.However,in the exam oriented environment,the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation has not been well promoted and applied in educational practice.In actual teaching,the phenomenon of inconsistency of teaching,learning and evaluation still exists,and the degree of achievement of teaching objectives is still low.In this paper,literature analysis,case analysis,classroom observation,experimental research and statistical analysis are used to investigate the current situation of teaching learning evaluation consistency in high school mathematics teaching from the three dimensions of teaching design,classroom teaching and after-school homework.It is learned that the concept of teaching learning evaluation consistency has not been well implemented in high school mathematics teaching.The problems mainly lie in:(1)The design of teaching objectives is not comprehensive enough;(2)The design of teaching objectives does not meet the requirements of curriculum standards;(3)Teaching activities dissociate from teaching objectives;(4)Teaching activities are not enough to achieve teaching objectives;(5)The design of evaluation activities deviates from the teaching objectives;(6)The evaluation activities are not enough to achieve the teaching objectives;(7)Teaching evaluation does not make teaching,learning and evaluation form a "closed loop".It is found that this is due to the weak awareness of teachers’ goals,the lack of careful design of teaching and the lack of teachers’ evaluation literacy.Based on the problems found and the cause analysis,the optimization strategy of teaching learning evaluation consistency is proposed,including:(1)Strengthen teachers’ study of the mathematics curriculum standards for senior high schools;(2)Formulate reasonable teaching objectives;(3)Design evaluation tasks with objectives as the center;(4)Designing teaching activities based on objectives and evaluation tasks;(5)Strive to improve their own evaluation literacy;(6)Carry out training related to education evaluation.After putting forward the optimization strategy,this paper carries out teaching design based on the strategy,and selects two parallel classes to carry out the education experiment for two months.Although the practice time is too short to form a significant difference,the average score of the experimental class is 4.4 points higher than that of the control class,and the teaching effect is also worth affirming.Therefore,the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation is worth continuing the experiment and promotion. |
