| With the in-depth development of curriculum reform,an efficient classroom has become the common pursuit of educators. The research on improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching has been carried out continuously, and "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" has gradually become a hot topic of research. The " teaching-learning-assessment consistency " teaching, which is highly constructed on the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards"(2011 edition),revolves around objectives. The clear direction helps improve classroom effectiveness and meets the demands of the current curriculum reform. This paper takes "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" as the research theme, and proposes three research questions on the basis of extensive literature research:(1)What is the current situation of "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" in junior high school mathematics classrooms?(2)How to construct an instructional design based on "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" ?(3)Compared with the control class, what are the advantages of the experimental class after the implementation of the "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" ?Ninety-five front-line middle school mathematics teachers were selected for the study, and a questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of the application of "teaching-learning-assessment consistency " in middle school mathematics in four dimensions: learning objectives, assessment tasks, teaching activities, and the perception of "teaching-learning-assessment consistency".Based on the survey results,we analyze the current situation of mathematics teaching and find out the problems that exist.Based on the inverse instructional design theory, the process and framework of "teaching-learning-assessment consistency " instructional design were constructed and applied to the "teaching-learning-assessment consistency " instructional design.Through the comparative study of mathematics teaching experiments and statistical analysis of the experimental data, this experimental data concludes that "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" teaching has three obvious advantages compared with traditional teaching:(1)The "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" teaching helps to improve students’ performance in mathematics.(2)The "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" teaching helps to improve students’ motivation.(3)The "teaching-learning-assessment consistency" teaching helps improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and increases students’ interest in learning mathematics. |
