| Objective: This paper explores the influence of practicing Baduanjin on negative emotions of college students through various elaboration of the Baduanjin method and experimental verification,which is an exploration for college students to develop lifelong sports consciousness and make a contribution to the development of fitness Qigong in the future.At the same time,exploring and learning Baduanjin Method is also a further foundation for the inheritance and development of Excellent Traditional Chinese culture.Methods: Through literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,random selection of guangxi water conservancy electric power vocational technology college non-professional sports a large public class two classes of students as the research object,to the contemporary college students’ negative mood,depression,anxiety and physical index(BMI,heart rate,vital capacity in succession,crook proneness and close my eyes standing on one foot)such as mental and physical health index as the index,Carry on the physical education lesson which takes Baduanjin as the teaching content,discuss its influence effect.There were 40 students in both the experimental group and the control group.The teaching content of one experimental class was Baduanjin,and the control class was normal PE teaching.The experiment was conducted in the first semester of the freshman year.Before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were pretested,and the data collected were analyzed and processed by sp SS25.0 statistical software package after the experiment for one semester.Results:(1)The effect of Baduanjin method on negative emotions of college students: after 12 weeks of Baduanjin practice,the scores of depression and anxiety self-rating scale in the experimental group were significantly changed(P<0.05),which improved students’ psychological status,imperceptible enhancement of students’ psychological bearing capacity,and strengthened students’ lifelong sports awareness.(2)The influence of Baduanjin method on college students’ physical indexes: After 12 weeks of Baduanjin exercise,the data of sitting forward bending and standing on one foot with eyes closed in the experimental group showed significant changes(P<0.05),students’ flexibility and balance ability were greatly improved,heart rate and vital capacity were positively changed,but the difference was not significant,the reason may be that Baduanjin is a kind of low intensity aerobic exercise.It takes longer than that to have significant cardiopulmonary effects.(3)Negative emotions were positively correlated with heart rate,and negatively correlated with flexibility and balance ability.The correlation with other physical quality indexes was not significant.Conclusion:(1)Baduanjin exercise can reduce the negative emotions of ordinary college students.(2)Baduanjin exercise can enhance the flexibility and balance of ordinary college students.(3)Negative emotions affect heart rate,flexibility and balance. |
