| Special children enjoy equal right to education.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan of Action for improving the Development of Special Education,it is proposed to promote the high-quality development of special education.The intervention of social work in the service work of special education schools conforms to the current situation,which is conducive to the professional development of social work,and can optimize the quality of life of special children,and help the high-quality development of special education schools.Social work uses professional methods to integrate the resources of exceptional children and their environment to create a more suitable environment for exceptional children.This paper takes the practice of social work in Guangxi X Special Education School as the research object.X special Education School is a model special education school in Guangxi with a comprehensive nine-year system,which undertakes teaching and rehabilitation tasks for local children with various disabilities.The research methods of this paper are literature method,interview method and observation method.The theory used is ecosystem theory.The goal of intervention is to construct a service system in which social work intervenes in special education schools.Using ecosystem theory to formulate a research framework,analyze the problems and needs of exceptional children and their environment from three levels of micro,medium and macro.At the micro level,we should respond to the particularity of students,construct the overall social work service system at the medium level,and perfect the policy system of social work intervention at the macro level.From five dimensions of intervention objective,intervention focus,intervention principle,intervention method and intervention role,this paper discusses the mode of applying ecosystem theory to the practice of social work intervention in special education schools.Ecosystem theory emphasizes "people in context" and the interaction between environment and individuals.The problems of special children should be considered in the family,school,community and social environment,and the environment should be improved from micro,medium and macro levels to improve the quality of education for special children.Social workers are part of the ecosystem of special children.Improving the professional ability of social workers can improve the education of special children.Ecosystem theory is not perfect and has its limitations.It emphasizes the influence of environment on individuals and ignores the subjective initiative of individuals.The emphasis on the balance of the system ignores the possibility of conflict. |
