Research On The Construction Of ISM Model For The Influence Factors Of Normative And Healthy Development Of Duyun Football Town In Guizhou Province

The support of national policy to characteristic town makes it develop rapidly,but there are many problems in the process of development.In this regard,the Key Tasks of New Urbanization and Urban-Rural Integration in 2022(Development and Reform Planning [2022]No.371)and the Notice on Issuing Guidelines for the Standardized and Healthy Development of National Characteristic Towns issued by the National Development and Reform Commission require "consolidating the achievements of standardized and corrected development of characteristic towns,emphasizing quality and strictly controlling quantity,and promoting the standardized and healthy development of characteristic towns." This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics,interview,Delphi,interpretive structural model(ISM).Through these research methods,the development status of Duyun football town in Guizhou Province,football culture construction,football industry construction,standardized and healthy development construction,factors affecting the standardized and healthy development of Duyun football town in Guizhou Province are analyzed.Therefore,it provides suggestions for the sustainable,standardized and healthy development of Duyun football town,and also provides reference experience for other football towns.On the basis of the above,the key factors affecting the healthy development of its norms are screened out,and the ISM model is built and the levels are divided.Relevant research conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of infrastructure of Duyun Football Town,the construction of transportation and accommodation facilities is relatively complete,which is highly recognized by respondents;The construction conditions of buildings,sites,security,shopping,catering and entertainment are still not perfect,and the respondents’ recognition is low.Infrastructure and supporting services should be improved;The level of football culture construction is not high,the next step will be Duyun football town to build football culture atmosphere;The construction of the football industry in the football competition construction is relatively good,the development of professional clubs and youth training industry is not ideal,need to be improved.(2)The constructed ISM model divides the factors affecting the normative and healthy development of Duyun football town in Guizhou Province into three layers.The surface factors include "policy support,local football level and innovation vitality";Middle-level factors include "industry leadership,digital technology";The underlying factors include "infrastructure,spatial function,investment intensity,and talent support",which are located at the bottom of the model and should be focused on.(3)Based on the current situation,MICMAC analyzes the driving force and dependence among influencing factors,and divides them into four quadrants.In quadrant I(autonomous cluster),the influencing factor is "digital technology";In the second quadrant(dependent cluster),the influencing factors are "industry dominance,policy support,local football level,innovation vitality".In Quadrant IV(independent cluster),the influencing factors are "infrastructure,spatial function,investment intensity,talent support".The four influencing factors of infrastructure,spatial function,investment intensity and talent support have strong driving force and weak dependence,which play an important role in fundamentally driving the standard and healthy development of Duyun Football Town.Therefore,the town should lay emphasis on the development of these four aspects in the later development process.In addition,the driving force and dependence of digital technology are the same,which has a strong influence on the development of Duyun Football town,so attention should be paid to it in the development process.
