A Study On Cultivating College Students’ Spirit Of Struggle In The New Era

The spirit of struggle,as a spirit of enterprise,is the core of the Chinese national spirit.As the backbone of the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,university students in the new era should shoulder the important responsibility of the times of national prosperity,national revitalization and people’s happiness,and should always maintain the spirit of upward struggle.The research on cultivating the spirit of struggle among university students in the new era takes the spirit of struggle among university students as the research object,adopts the literature research method and the systematic research method,and follows the research method of "theoretical source-contingent direction-realistic situation-practical path".This study will not only help to improve the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle,continue to expand the spirit of struggle in the new era that is in line with the requirements of social development,and enrich the content of ideological and political education in the new era,but also effectively guide university students to resist the influence of misconceptions and to get rid of the "buddhism" of mentality and the "buddhism" of behaviour.The new generation of students will also be able to effectively guide them to resist the influence of misconceptions,get rid of their "Buddhist" mentality and "flattening" behavior,establish a family sentiment worthy of the people,pursue a noble state of mind and enhance their ability to take charge.As we enter a new journey,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward ardent hopes for the youth,and university students in the new era should actively respond to the call and strive to be good youth of the new era who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle.In order to help university students achieve this goal,ideological and political education should start from the aspects of ideal and belief,responsibility consciousness,labour spirit and practical experience to help them become good young people in the new era.However,there are different degrees of "lying flat","exquisite egoism","internal volume" and "pseudo-struggle" among university students nowadays.However,there are different degrees of "lying flat","exquisite egoism","inward roll" and "pseudo-struggle" among university students.Tracing the reasons for this,the lack of subjective desire of college students to cultivate the spirit of struggle is the fundamental reason,the lack of effectiveness of cultivation in schools is the main reason,the negligence of families in cultivating the spirit of struggle is the direct reason,and the infiltration of heterogeneous social trends is the indirect reason,and these factors intertwine and fuse to become the real dilemma of cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students in the new era.In order to better solve the problem of the weakening of the striving spirit of some new-age college students,ideological and political education needs to strengthen the self-education of college students by strengthening their self-knowledge,self-reflection and self-discipline education,and fully mobilize their inner drive;strengthen school education by enhancing theoretical teaching,carrying out practical activities and building campus culture,and strengthen the value guidance of the striving spirit;change the educational concept,change the educational method and strengthen the demonstration of words and deeds in order to strengthen the value guidance of the striving spirit.By changing the concept of education,changing the way of education and strengthening the demonstration of words and deeds,we improve the family environment and form an excellent family culture of striving;by actively promoting typical students,purifying the online media environment and rectifying the environment of employment and entrepreneurship,we optimize the social environment and create an atmosphere of striving for all students.
