Case Study On Improving The Endogenous Development Momentum Of Unstable Households In Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Advantage

After the overall regional poverty is solved in 2020,the key to consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation has become the key to consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation.In recent years,some unstable households with high dependence on policy subsidies due to the relatively weak foundation of poverty alleviation,low annual per capita net income of families,and high dependence on policy subsidies have gradually appeared in the public’s vision.Due to the long-term influence of internal and external factors,such groups lack the awareness of independent development after poverty alleviation,resulting in insufficient endogenous development motivation and the risk of falling back into poverty.At this stage,in order to consolidate the great achievements in poverty alleviation and prevent large-scale return to poverty,the participation of social work is particularly important.The professional methods of social work can fully focus on the psychological,cognitive and ability aspects of unstable households that have been lifted out of poverty,and deeply enhance their endogenous development motivation to achieve "sustainable poverty alleviation".Based on the perspective of advantages,taking the unstable poverty alleviation households in S Township,Jiangxi Province as the research object,combined with the actual situation of the poverty alleviation people in the township,the semi-structured interview method,observation method and other qualitative research methods were used to explore the intrinsic advantages of the improvement of the endogenous development momentum of the unstable poverty alleviation households,and a representative unstable poverty alleviation household was selected as the service object.Through the survey,it is found that unstable households that have ideological and cognitive biases,lack of skill learning ability,and lack of ability to actively obtain resources,that is,the endogenous development motivation is weak.The needs of unstable groups for poverty alleviation include the need for thinking and cognitive reshaping,the need for skill learning ability training,and the need for active resource acquisition ability training.In the specific practical process,focusing on the theory of advantageous perspective,using casework methods and providing influencing skills combined with information such as skills training activities,eight case services were carried out in three aspects: ideological cognition,spiritual quality,and change ability of unstable households with insufficient endogenous development motivation.At the same time,we will fully mobilize and give full play to the role of other groups such as families and communities of unstable poverty alleviation households in creating an atmosphere for independent development and providing development opportunities,and ultimately help unstable households to improve their endogenous development momentum and achieve "sustainable poverty alleviation".Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the shortcomings in the practical process,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on solving the problem of insufficient endogenous development in poverty alleviation and instability,which provides new ideas for China’s national defense poverty reduction work.
