Since 2012,how to effectively stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poor group has become the focus and difficulty of China’s poverty alleviation work.Throughout the work of poverty alleviation FuZhi in the poor areas to carry out,most of the work is still in the emphasis on "leading cadres to drive,poor masses follow",this kind of cadres to lead the way to some extent,although can mobilize the endogenous impetus of poor,but he cannot achieve poor enthusiasm and initiative of long-term to maintain.This study L county of henan province as the research site,with poor endogenous power effectively motivate as a research problem,using the method of field investigation,case analysis,the poverty group in L county "love supermarket" to stimulate endogenous power plays the role of analysis and research,and from the perspective of the collective consciousness and community groups there is insufficient internal impetus driving reasons,and then from explore an effective way for its endogenous power in the excitation.Through the study found that the early endogenous dynamic excitation method is more cadres for poverty alleviation leading,typical model demonstration,cultural environment and pairing support way is given priority to,such as the poverty alleviation though to some extent,mobilize enthusiasm and initiative of the poor out of poverty,but the enthusiasm is short and fragile,and at the same time because of the poor not radically change ideas and individual consciousness,leading to poor people to the poverty alleviation work response degree is not high.However,through the field research,it is found that the love supermarket in L County has played an unexpected role in stimulating the endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation,including stimulating the enthusiasm of poor households through the precise matching of poverty alleviation materials.Combine the material poverty alleviation with the spirit poverty alleviation to create a positive community cultural atmosphere;Reshaping the collective consciousness of the communities where the poor live;Promoting changes in the attitudes and behaviours of poor individuals;We will ensure that the internal impetus of the poor group is stable in the long run.Based on the role of "love supermarket" in stimulating the endogenous driving force of poverty alleviation,China can consolidate the endogenous driving force of poor groups in the future from the following points:First,strengthen the construction of community spiritual civilization to promote the stimulation of the endogenous driving force of poverty alleviation;Second,reshaping the values of poor individuals so that they have clear life goals;Third,the collective consciousness within the poor group should be constructed to guide the change of the poor group.Fourth,promote the poverty alleviation model of "loving supermarket" nationwide,and improve the endogenous motivation stimulation mechanism.
