A Study On The Education Of Law Concept Of College Students In The New Era

The education of law concept of college students in the new era is of great practical significance to uphold the rule of law in an all-round way and promote the construction of the rule of law in China.Born into a great era and bearing the historical mission,college students in the new era need not only feelings and spirit,but also scientific and cultural quality and legal literacy.The education of rule of law is an important channel to cultivate the ideological and moral level and legal quality of college students.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,only lifelong learning can enable college students to better solve the current and future complex social problems.Through ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,they can develop a good habit of learning,thinking and practicing enlightenment,consciously learn,know,abide by and use law,and better participate in the construction of a country ruled by law.This paper in accordance with the "clear concept-focus on presentation-comb the problem-analyze the reason-construction system" research logic.The introduction analyzes the background,research status,research ideas and methods of strengthening the education of university students’ concept of law in the new era.There are many problems in the education of rule of law for college students in the new era.At present,the education of rule of law for students majoring in illegal studies lacks pertinence,most course teaching still stays in the teaching of rule of law knowledge,but lacks the cultivation of rule of law thinking,and ignores the practicality and applicability of rule of law education.Therefore,this study focuses on the effective connection between theory and practice.Construct the education and cultivation system of rule of law view from the perspective of multidisciplinary research.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts of law concept education for college students in the new era,explores the theoretical basis of law concept cultivation for college students in the new era,puts forward the basic principles of law concept education,and guides the goal of law concept education for college students in the new era.The third part reveals the status and cultivation status of college students’ concept of rule of law in the new era.The research object mainly focuses on undergraduates from three universities in Liaoning Province.The questionnaire design is divided into four dimensions: knowledge of rule of law,thinking of rule of law,consciousness of rule of law,and practice of rule of law.Analyze the causes of its problems.The fourth part,aiming at the specific problems reflected in the research results,puts forward the realization path from four aspects:enhancing the cognition of rule of law,forming the thinking of rule of law,enhancing the consciousness of rule of law,and consolidating the practice of rule of law,in order to provide reference for improving the education of rule of law concept in the new era.In a word,the education of the rule of law is an indispensable part of ideological and political education,and it is also an important part of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people in colleges and universities.Improving the rule of law literacy of college students is of great importance to build a society of rule of law with clean atmosphere and smooth rivers.Based on the new era and new journey,the important role of college students’ rule of law concept education in the construction of a country ruled by law will be increasingly prominent.Therefore,strengthening the education of college students’ rule of law concept in the new era is of great significance and has a long and arduous task.
