With the emergence of the problem of mismatch between the demand and supply of higher vocational talents and the increasing expectation of society for the results of integration of industry and education,vocational undergraduate programs and integration of industry and education have received unprecedented attention.As the saying goes,"a stone from another mountain can be used to attack the jade",studying the development history and current situation of the integration of vocational undergraduate education in Japan,drawing on the experience of the integration of vocational undergraduate education in Japan,and gaining inspiration for the integration of vocational undergraduate education in China,will help to build and improve the system of vocational education at the undergraduate level in accordance with China’s national conditions,and explore the local integration of vocational education in China.It will bring new opportunities to the development of undergraduate vocational education in China and promote the development of vocational undergraduate industry-education integration.The thesis starts with the analysis of the background of the revitalization of private schools in the study of the integration of vocational undergraduate industry-education in Japan,takes the quasi-public goods theory,triple helix theory,synergy theory and vocational belt talent classification theory as the theoretical basis of the study,and analyzes the basic elements of the relevant theories and each subject of the integration of vocational undergraduate industry-education in Japan,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis of the factors related to the issue of integration of vocational undergraduate industry-education in Japan.At the same time,the literature research method,comparative research method,case study method and cause-tracing method are used to conduct an in-depth study on the integration of vocational undergraduate industry and education in Japan.Firstly,we introduce the integration of vocational undergraduate education and industry in the context of the revitalization of private schools in Japan,mainly by describing and analyzing the background of the revitalization of private schools and the integration of education and industry and the current situation of vocational undergraduate education.Secondly,we analyzed the current situation of the integration of vocational undergraduate education in the context of the revitalization of private schools,mainly from the aspects of relevant policies,faculty construction,enterprise participation,and local creation,and introduced and analyzed research data.Through the objective analysis of the current situation,we provide the necessary scientific and empirical basis for the analysis of the real problems and causes of the integration of industry and education in Japanese vocational undergraduate programs in the context of the revitalization of private schools.。With the in accordance with China’s national conditions,and exploring the characteristic development path of integration of vocational education in China will surely bring new opportunities to the development of vocational education at undergraduate level in China and promote the development of integration of vocational undergraduate education.Through the research,we found that the following major problems exist in the integration of vocational undergraduate education and industry in Japan:the concept of integration of education and industry and the policy implementation mechanism need to be reformed and innovated;the lack of resources for the integration of education and industry in vocational undergraduate universities;the failure of enterprises to effectively extend the integration of education and industry;and the need to deepen the cooperation between the integration of education and industry in vocational undergraduate universities and local communities.Based on the analysis of related problems and causes,we propose countermeasures suitable for the integration of industry-education in Japanese vocational undergraduate institutions from the perspectives of government,universities,enterprises and localities,mainly including:①strengthening the boosting power of government and related departments:establishing and improving specific standards for the implementation of policies on integration of industry-education,providing more financial subsidies for the integration of industry-education in vocational undergraduate institutions,and striving to build a high-quality platform for integration of industry-education;② enhancing the initiative of vocational undergraduate institutions to promote integration of industry-education improving the resources and resources of vocational undergraduate institutions and enterprises;and promoting the cooperation between local institutions and localities.Promote the initiative of integration of vocational education:clarify the orientation of school operation and talent cultivation goals,focus on the training of teaching staff for integration of vocational education,and expand diversified channels for integration of vocational education;③ Play the main role of enterprises in integration of vocational education:balance the interests of vocational education institutions and enterprises in integration of vocational education,provide more support for integration of vocational education,and enhance the participation of enterprises in integration of vocational education;④ Increase the practice and promotion of local integration of industry-education:vocational undergraduate integration of industry-education is rooted in local characteristics,local vocational undergraduate integration of industry-education service institutions are established,and local vocational undergraduate integration of industry-education promotion institutions are established.By carefully and thoroughly studying and analyzing the problems of the integration of vocational undergraduate industry and education in Japan,and understanding its experience and effectiveness,we can use the inspiration and countermeasures to improve the integration of vocational undergraduate industry and education in China,and make important references for China,with a view to improving the quality of vocational undergraduate personnel training in China and better promoting the development of integration of industry and education. |
