| Family and kindergarten is the earliest environment for children to contact,but also the most closely connected with children,which is crucial for children’s growth.Only family and kindergarten cooperate with each other,can promote the comprehensive and healthy development of children,therefore,Joint education of family and kindergarten has aroused people’s attention.As an important way to improve the level of kindergarten education,Joint education of family and kindergarten plays an important role in the development of early childhood education in rural areas.The scientific and effective joint education of family and kindergarten in rural kindergartens can not only fully implement quality education and promote the harmonious development of children’s body and mind,but also facilitate the high-quality development of rural preschool education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study joint education of family and kindergarten in rural kindergartens.Taking F Kindergarten in S Town,Henan Province as the research object,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of joint education of family and kindergarten in rural areas,and explores the causes of questions,on this basis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for joint education of family and kindergarten in rural areas by using the methods of interview,questionnaire and observation.The study is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the origin,purpose and significance of the research,defines the core concepts such as rural kindergartens and joint education of family and kindergarten,and expounds the current research status research status at home and abroad,as well as the theoretical basis and research methods of this research.The second part mainly introduces the status of joint education of family and kindergarten of F kindergarten.It includes the description of the basic information of the survey samples of teachers and parents,the attitudes of teachers and parents towards joint education of family and kindergarten,and the content,frequency,form and efficiency of joint education of family and kindergarten of F kindergarten.The third part is the analysis of the result about joint education of family and kindergarten of F kindergarten.Based on the understanding of current situation,this study discusses the experience and shortcomings of joint education of family and kindergarten of F kindergarten.There are valuable experience,such as a strong sense of cooperate;various forms and sound feedback mechanism,but there are also some problems,theory and practice are not close enough;he depth of cooperation needs to be improved;and lack of fatherhood,etc.The fourth part discusses the reasons of the problems of joint education of family and kindergarten of F kindergarten from three aspects:kindergarten、teachers and parents.Among them,kindergarten includes school-running philosophy,funds and the ability level of the principal;Teachers include preschool teachers’ educational level,educational experience and rights protection;Parents include ideas,educational levels and the degree of trust to kindergartens.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures for joint education of family and kindergarten of rural kindergartens.It mainly includes five aspects:Playing the leading role of kindergartens,consolidating the foundation of joint education;Active participation of parents to stimulate the vitality of co-education;Strengthen the teacher training to enhance the skills of joint education;Adapt to local conditions to highlight the characteristics of rural co-education;Deepen the construction of parent council to fortify joint education of family and kindergarten in rural. |
