Our country always attached great importance to rural compulsory education and actively promoted the "Rural Teacher Support Plan" to promote the balanced development of urban-rural education.In recent years,the implementation of the personnel examination system in public institutions has led to the implementation of unified teacher recruitment in many regions.With the continuous growth of the number of teachers,various problems have also arisen in the ranks of young teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.The flow of teachers in rural areas is becoming increasingly frequent.Although the reasonable flow of teachers is conducive to promoting the rational allocation of teachers,the current characteristics of teacher flow in China are more one-way upward mobility.Specifically,teachers from rural areas with poor resources and poor environment flow to areas with abundant resources and good environment to teach.This one-way upward mobility will cause an imbalance in the regional distribution of teachers,resulting in a shortage of teachers in rural areas;In urban areas,there is a backlog of teachers and a waste of talent resources.This study surveyed and analyzed the mobility intention of young teachers in four rural schools in Z Banner,Tongliao City,using methods such as questionnaire survey and on-site interviews.The results indicate that teachers generally have low recognition of their rural schools and poor perception of the school environment.The mobility intention of young and middle-aged teachers in the four surveyed rural schools is strong,and the mobility intention shows a one-way upward mobility characteristic.Based on the reasons for the intention of young teachers in four rural primary and secondary schools in Z Banner to move,the author attempts to propose some thoughts and suggestions.Further develop a scientific mechanism that leans towards the development of rural education and stabilizes the teaching staff in terms of policies;Fully leverage the power of social media,promote rural culture,and promote the trend of respecting teachers;Local governments strive to improve the living conditions of rural teachers;The school further optimizes the working environment for teachers,providing a sense of honor and mission to young teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.At the same time,it encourages young teachers to strive to improve their self-awareness,standardize their professional qualities,and actively respond to various challenges in work and life.
