Teachers' mobility is an important measure to balance educational resources among regions,and also an important lever to achieve educational equity.With the rapid development of China's social economy,the flow of talents in various industries has become increasingly frequent.As the basis of national physical fitness training,physical education teachers will also flow because of some factors.The mobility of physical education teachers in middle schools is not only the inevitable choice for physical education teachers to improve their quality of life,but also the reflection of the increasing emphasis on talents in the process of current social development.In this paper,the regional teaching quality balance as the starting point,combined with the comprehensive compensation theory,to analyze the personal problems of teachers in the process of teacher mobility,to explore the problems in the process of middle school physical education teacher mobility,and combined with questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics to analyze the research data.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province generally have the expectation of upward mobility in the compulsory education system.Their mobility behavior occurs under the joint action of survival needs,respect needs and self-realization.Some P.E.teachers have the mobility,that is,they can achieve the goal of one-way upward in the education system.(2)The uneven distribution of educational resources and the decrease of PE teachers' identity lead to the flow of PE teachers.In the survey,it is found that many schools attach low importance to PE curriculum,most of them incline to the main subject teachers,the construction of teaching sites,the slow updating of teaching equipment,and many schools' sports equipment can not meet the needs of PE teachers' teaching,which makes PE teachers have the intention of mobility.Xiang.(3)The decrease of professional value of P.E.teachers results in the mobility of P.E.teachers,which is prejudiced by the society.Compared with other major teachers,P.E.teachers have a low sense of existence in the student teaching system,which leads to the lack of teaching achievement in the inner heart of P.E.teachers and causes the abnormal mobility of P.E.teachers.(4)It is difficult for physical education teachers to have a better future in school,resulting in the movement of physical education teachers.In the training organized by the school,the preferential subject teachers have less opportunities to participate in the training,and they can't get to know the latest teaching theories in related fields at the first time,which hinders the professional development of the physical education teachers and prevents them from developing better in their own specialty.In terms of professional title evaluation and promotion,it is also difficult for PE teachers to develop,which is one of the reasons for the mobility of many PE teachers.(5)The low salary of P.E.teachers leads to the insufficiency of their quality of life,which is also one of the main reasons for the abnormal flow of P.E.teachers.Teaching salary is the guarantee of teachers' daily life.It is difficult for P.E.teachers to compete with other main subject teachers in school evaluation and award evaluation.The salary of P.E.teachers is generally lower than that of teachers of cultural courses.The salary level of P.E.teachers in key middle schools and ordinary middle schools is different.In order to improve their quality of life,P.E.teachers reduce their life.Pressure selective flow.Based on the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Construct a good working environment for PE teachers,enhance their job satisfaction and sense of self-achievement,and create a good teaching atmosphere,so that PE teachers can devote themselves wholeheartedly to the cause of education.(2)Strengthen the input of P.E.teachers,so that P.E.teachers often participate in training activities,learn the latest teaching theory and teaching methods,improve their teaching ability,in the teaching activities so that the professional value of P.E.teachers can be reflected,toensure the smooth completion of teaching tasks.(3)Reduce the misunderstanding of the public to the physical education teachers,improve their social prestige,make them have correct professional values,get due respect in their work,and make the physical education teachers play a better role in the educational work and ensure the smooth progress of the educational work.(4)Improve the salary and treatment of physical education teachers,ensure their basic needs,reduce the salary gap with other teachers,so that physical education teachers can really feel their social value,and better carry out education and teaching work.(5)Establishing a comprehensive salary system for exchange rotating teachers can not only ensure the balanced development of regional educational resources,but also ensure that PE teachers can get more opportunities for development under fair conditions.
