A student’s virtue is the most important education in China.Primary school life is the beginning of students’ life,is the best time of plasticity,which is very important to help them to hold the first button in their lives.How to improve the effective of moral education in primary schools?Red culture can offer plentiful fresh material for primary school education.Jurihe red culture not only cultivate students’ patriotism emotions,but also promote their character and personality development.According to excavate red culture resources in Zhalute Banner Jurihe town,the author has a depth research in J primary school,J primary school has good effect in inheriting the red culture.Most of teachers and students approve the significance and value of Jurihe red culture.J school also carried out main activities of red culture.But it has some problems in inheriting,such as some of teachers know the connotation of Jurihe red culture incompletely.Some activities are single,family and school has lack of communication,school has lack the evaluation of red culture activities.the result of inheriting red culture was not good.In order to solve problems,the author through questionnaires and interviewing found that the reasons are J school has lack of systematic planning to inherit red culture in teachers,incentive mechanism and supervise are not complete,most of them are left-behind children,parents ‘s educational concept are old,red culture activities and spirit are not combine.These reasons are lead to the poor effect of inheriting red culture in students.In order to solve these problems,the passage based on the management of education to find the way to inherit red culture.The passage has 5 path,first,J primary school should make systematic planning and let most teachers know about the connotation of Jurihe red culture incompletely.Second,J primary school should organize and coordinate in incentive mechanism and supervise to improve teachers’ ability.Third,family and school must has a cooperation to intense parents’ power.Fourth,seek social’s help,combine red culture activities and spirit.At last,establish safeguard mechanism,it’s beneficial to rural revitalization and guarantee inherit Jurihe red culture orderly and effectivity.
