With the development of The Times,the country has a new demand for the cultivation of talents.In the current trend of results-oriented university teaching reform,school education pays more attention to the improvement of students’ overall quality.OBE(Results-based Education)model is a learning outcome as the goal,to achieve the outcome as the purpose,but more attention to achieve the goal of the learning process,emphasizing the comprehensive evaluation of students in the learning process and learning outcomes."Study-guided" teaching mode has the characteristics of being based on students’ main body,fully mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and initiative,and comprehensively improving students’ comprehensive quality.In order to make the application process of"learning-guided" teaching mode more in line with the current educational reform concept in colleges and universities,this study has made certain adjustments and improvements to the "learning-guided" teaching mode based on the OBE teaching concept and centering on the three basic principles of "result-focused","ontinuous improvement" and "reverse design" of OBE concept.In order to better adapt to the requirements of the current university education reform and promote the all-round development of students.In the teaching process,always adhere to the "result-oriented" as the goal,students are the subject,teachers are the leading,to cultivate students’ independent learning ability.The purpose is to try to be result-oriented,student-oriented,attach importance to the cultivation of students’ ability,guide students to participate in physical exercise independently and actively,and develop the good habit of thinking,analyzing and solving problems actively in the learning process,so as to let students establish a lifelong sports awareness.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to study students’ interest in sports,exercise attitude,physical fitness,theoretical knowledge level of physical fitness courses and completion of extracurricular homework.The results show that:(1)The "learning-guided" teaching mode under the OBE concept is more conducive to improving students’ exercise attitude.(2)The"learning-guided" teaching mode under the OBE concept can fundamentally improve students’ interest in independent learning.(3)There is no significant difference in physical quality between the "learning-guided" teaching mode under the OBE concept and the traditional teaching mode.(4)The "learning-guided" teaching mode under the OBE concept is more conducive to improving students’ theoretical scores.(5)The"learning-guided" teaching mode under the OBE concept can better improve students’consciousness and promote students’ physical exercise after class.According to the results of the teaching experiment,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)In the teaching process,teachers should pay attention to the law of human movement and the law of physiological and psychological development.(2)In teaching,we should learn to integrate,fully understand the characteristics of current students’physical and mental development,and choose,improve and update teaching concepts and teaching models in a targeted way to promote the all-round development of education.(3)In the teaching process,it is necessary to continuously optimize the teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching strategies,and timely understand the needs of students,so as to promote the high-quality and circular development of physical education courses.
