Study On The Development Of Standardized Amateur Basketball Training For Primary And Secondary School Students In Shijiazhuang

In the new situation where the state attaches great importance to the development of the off-campus sports training industry for primary and secondary school students,the competition in the amateur basketball training industry for primary and secondary school students is becoming increasingly fierce,and regulating the market operation is one of the important tasks to ensure the healthy and orderly development of youth sports work and to cultivate more youth basketball enthusiasts and participants.This study is based on a more in-depth investigation of the current situation of amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang,clarifying the reference points for the standardised development of amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang,and addressing the problems in the current situation of amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang,using literature,expert interviews and questionnaires,etc.,from the qualification of school operation,safety and health guarantee,venue facilities,teachers,teaching The study was carried out in seven aspects: qualification,safety and health,venue facilities,teachers,teaching,practical training,information management and feedback,and evaluation of training quality,in order to propose countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized development of amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang,and to make academic efforts to promote the healthy and stable development of the amateur basketball training industry for primary and secondary school students in the region.The study shows that: 1.the qualification of primary and secondary school amateur basketball training in Shijiazhuang is relatively standardised in terms of licenses,but there are problems with the formulation and implementation of rules and regulations and the systematic planning of teaching.2.safety and fire-fighting equipment are basically well equipped,but there is a lack of professional staff.3.the venue facilities are basically standardised,providing a good hardware basis for improving the quality of teaching.4.there are sufficient practitioners,with a reasonable teacher-student ratio.The classroom scale is not well controlled,the use of teaching aids is low,and there is a lack of post-class summaries.6.The construction of a network platform is lacking.7.The number of young people participating in skills rating and competitions is not satisfactory.Strengths and weaknesses in the training process exist objectively.The relative recommendations made will help to advance the process of standardising the development of amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang,to achieve orderly development,standardised management and the establishment of rules and regulations.The following recommendations are made in response to the above findings:1.Amateur basketball training for primary and secondary school students in Shijiazhuang should implement scientific and feasible rules and regulations for organisational structure and teaching planning.2.Ensure the presence of professionals and improve the competence of practitioners.3.Play a useful role to help promote standardised development.4.Raise the threshold of practice in the light of the actual situation,attach importance to post-employment training and form a benign competitive atmosphere.5.Ensure pre-session planning and scale control scientifically,use teaching aids reasonably in class,and actively conduct summary reflections after class.6.Combine existing resources on the internet reasonably and actively build a network platform.7.The basketball association mobilises resources reasonably and actively organises relevant activities.
