Education is the foundation of a 100-year plan.Education is a big plan,and teachers are the first.In 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020),which proposed a series of initiatives to enhance the professional development of rural teachers,such as improving the level of treatment of rural teachers and strengthening the professional training of rural teachers.The level of teacher professional development is a key element in the construction of a high-quality rural primary and secondary school teaching force,and it is also an important means of building a high-quality rural primary and secondary school teaching force.Over time,the "post-90s" teachers born in the 1990 s have become the backbone of rural township teachers,and they play a major role in rural education.To a large extent,the level of professional competence of these teachers determines the quality of rural primary and secondary school teachers.In this paper,we used questionnaires,interviews,and observations to investigate 120 "post-90s" junior high school teachers in five junior high schools in towns in County A of Tongliao City.Through investigation,it is found that "post-90s" junior middle school teachers have problems.such as lack of general knowledge and subject teaching knowledge,lack of teaching ability and self-development ability,and low professional identity of teachers,and it is proposed to pay attention to teachers’ internal needs to stimulate growth motivation.Reasonable arrangement of teaching,to reduce the burden of implementation;Increase education investment and build development platform for teachers;Pay attention to post-service training,improve the quality of training and other helpful strategies for teacher professional development.
