| With the development of the times and the deepening of the new curriculum reform,students’ demand for learning is getting stronger and stronger,and learning strategies are the key to learning.Junior high school is the best time to learn,and teachers’ guidance is an important guarantee for junior high school students to master learning strategies.At the same time,teachers’ professional development requires teachers to keep up with the pace of the times,constantly update and upgrade their professional qualities,and actively respond to the changes in students’ development needs.Therefore,the guidance of learning strategies is particularly important for the growth of students and the development of teachers.In this study,the township junior high school teachers were investigated from three aspects:teachers’ cognition of learning strategy guidance,behavior performance of learning strategy guidance and mastery of learning strategy knowledge by means of classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview,in order to fully understand the present situation of township junior high school teachers’ learning strategy guidance.The research mainly uses SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis software to make descriptive analysis and difference test on the survey data,so as to get the survey results.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,it is found that the situation of township junior high school teachers’ learning strategy guidance is as follows:1.In terms of cognition of learning strategy guidance,teachers in township junior middle schools are not aware of the importance of learning strategy guidance,and their willingness to carry out learning strategy guidance needs to be improved.2.In the aspect of behavior performance of learning strategy guidance,the content selection of learning strategy guidance by township junior middle school teachers is unbalanced and the degree of guidance is not deep enough.3.In mastering the knowledge of learning strategies,the teachers in township junior middle schools only stay at a shallow level,lacking a deep understanding of learning strategies and their guidance.In view of the current situation of township junior middle school teachers’ learning strategy guidance,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to arouse the willingness of township junior middle school teachers to guide learning strategies,enrich their knowledge of learning strategies and their guidance,and then improve their practical level of learning strategy guidance:4 1.At the national and social levels,improve the relevant requirements of teachers’ professional development,strengthen policy guidance,and provide a clear basis for township junior high school teachers to guide their learning strategies;Vigorously create a social environment that respects teachers and pays attention to teaching,rationally allocate teachers in township junior high schools,and reduce the burden on teachers in township junior high schools;Improve the quality of teachers’ education and supply high-quality teachers for township junior high schools.2.At the school level,give full play to the principal’s leading role and create conditions to promote the professional development of township junior middle school teachers;Targeted school-based research activities to supplement shortcomings,providing continuous professional support for township junior high school teachers to guide learning strategies;Strengthen inter-school cooperation in the region,and inject external wisdom into the guidance of learning strategies for junior middle school teachers in villages and towns.3.At the teacher level,actively learn relevant knowledge;Actively carry out guiding practice;Be diligent in reflection. |
