The report to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should give priority to education development,speed up the construction of a high-quality education system,and clearly put forward the cultivation of high-quality teachers.The country vigorously develops rural education and it is urgent to improve the construction of rural teachers.However,how to improve the professional level of rural teachers to ensure the rapid development of students,schools and national education has become an urgent problem to be solved in the high-quality development of rural compulsory education.Teacher training is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers.In recent years,the country attaches great importance to rural teacher training,and has promulgated and implemented a series of documents and measures to gradually deepen and reform the rural teacher training mode,so as to improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training.On the basis of previous research literature,combined with the professional theories I have learned,this paper takes teacher professional development theory,lifelong education theory,adult learning theory and people-oriented management theory as theoretical analysis tools.Based on empirical research,this paper conducts an investigation and research on the current situation of teacher training in rural junior middle schools in Tongliao City,summarizes the existing realistic dilemma,and analyzes the causes of the realistic dilemma.In order to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,the details are as follows: First,through the literature method to understand the domestic and foreign research on rural teacher training and its progress.Secondly,by compiling questionnaires on the status quo of teacher training in rural junior middle schools,collecting relevant data,using SPSS software to analyze and sort out the data,and combining with the interview content of teachers training managers and teachers in individual schools,It is found that there are some problems in the teacher training of rural junior middle schools in Tongliao City,such as passive training makes teachers less active in training,there is a relative gap between the theoretical knowledge of training content and teaching practice,the control of training process is not enough,the execution is insufficient,and the construction of teacher training system is not comprehensive.Finally,based on the above discussion and research,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the long-term mechanism of rural junior middle school teachers in Tongliao City: To improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training,we should improve the value-oriented mechanism,change the traditional training concept,improve the appropriateness of training content,increase the fit degree of teaching practice,adopt diversified training methods,improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training,strengthen the construction of teacher training team,guarantee the efficient operation of training,improve the teacher training mechanism,improve the quality of teacher training,etc.We will promote high-quality development of rural education.
