Research On The Diversified Development Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Ordos City

Campus football has been carried out nationwide since 2009,and the Ministry of Education began to select schools featuring campus football in 2014.By the end of 2021,a total of more than 30,000 schools have become campus football schools.As the most economically developed area in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the development of campus football characteristic schools in Ordos plays a leading role in the whole region.The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall quality of campus football activities in Ordos City.The research method used in this study is mainly situation analysis,comprehensive literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc,to investigate the construction of the Mongolian campus football characteristic school in Ordos City in detail.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)In terms of organization and leadership,most of the Mongolian campus football schools in Ordos can implement and practice the national policies and regulations very well,and the school leaders attach great importance to campus football activities and give various levels of support.However,some schools only pay attention to the training and competition of school football teams,which is not conducive to the popularization and promotion of football in the campus.(2)In terms of condition guarantee,the hardware fields and equipment required for the Mongolian campus football characteristic development in Ordos City can generally meet the requirements of football teaching.The PE teacher resources are sufficient,but there is still a contradiction in the lack of football teacher resources and the treatment of football teachers can not be guaranteed.The training of teachers still needs to be strengthened.(3)In terms of education and teaching,the basic unit of the football class set up by the Mongolian Campus Football characteristic School in Ordos City is the administrative class with rich teaching forms.Campus football culture has not appeared with the integration of Mongolian ethnic characteristics culture.(4)In terms of football training and competition,the Mongolian campus football characteristic schools in Ordos have relatively complete training plans and competition systems.In the problem of carrying out intramural football matches,it has been exposed that the total number of matches is insufficient,and the average number of matches is not enough for each class.(5)In terms of reserve force training,more than half of the schools can transport three or more students to the next level of school,and it is necessary to further build and improve the channels for football special students to study.To this end,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Make use of various new media,increase publicity efforts,let all walks of life have an objective understanding of campus football,gain students’ love and support for school football,and create a good campus football atmosphere.(2)Strengthen communication and reporting with leaders at all levels,and deepen the importance of leaders at all levels to campus football.(3)Create a team of high-level football teachers,and ensure that football teachers get the salary and welfare treatment they deserve.(4)Focus on the creation of football leagues,increase the number of class football matches,regularly hold large primary and secondary school football leagues,and make football leagues universal in all schools.(5)Combine various social forces to develop campus football,including but not limited to capital forces,football coaches and football insurance.It is necessary to integrate social capital and find more financial support to ensure the smooth development of campus football activities.(6)The survival of the fittest mechanism should be established for school football characteristics.It is necessary to ensure that football special students can successfully enter college and create the integration of Ordos campus football.
