In recent years,with the national attention to the physical health of teenagers and the promulgation and implementation of school sports related policies,middle school physical education teachers,as the main body of physical education,have received unprecedented attention.However,due to the historical reasons and the particularity of the nature of the curriculum,there are still some problems such as not paying enough attention to the work of middle school physical education teachers and students’ insufficient cognition of physical education courses.In view of the above problems,local governments,schools and other active from the middle school PE teachers’ salary and welfare,development space and other actual gain to promote PE teaching reform,but how the reform effect,the academic and practical field has not given an exact answer.The sense of professional acquisition is the subjective feeling of teachers in the process of teaching based on the actual acquisition,which can be used as an important index to measure the effectiveness of the construction of physical education teachers in middle school.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between actual acquisition,fair cognition and professional acquisition of middle school physical education teachers,and further explore the mediating role of fair cognition between actual acquisition and professional acquisition for promoting the healthy development of middle school physical education teachers and improving the quality of basic education.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the actual acquisition,professional acquisition and fair cognition of PE teachers in middle school were studied.The subjects of the survey were middle school physical education teachers in Shandong Province.405 questionnaires were distributed,and 379 valid questionnaires were obtained after eliminating those with missing values and obvious tendency to answer questions,among which 201 were male and 178 were female.SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct reliability and validity test,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and to test the mediating effect of fair cognition between actual acquisition and sense of career acquisition.Therefore,the following conclusions are drawn:on the whole,the sense of career acquisition of middle school physical education teachers is above the average level,and there is still a large room for improvement.Fairness perception plays a partial mediating role in the influence of actual acquisition on vocational acquisition of middle school physical education teachers.Actual gain can affect the sense of career gain of middle school physical education teachers through the mediating role of their perception of fairness.The actual gain will promote the improvement of middle school physical education teachers’ perception of fairness,so that middle school physical education teachers can obtain a higher sense of career gain in the teaching process.Therefore,the following conclusions are drawn:on the whole,the sense of career acquisition of middle school physical education teachers is above the average level,and there is still a large room for improvement.Fairness perception plays a partial mediating role in the influence of actual acquisition on vocational acquisition of middle school physical education teachers.Actual gain can affect the sense of career gain of middle school physical education teachers through the mediating role of their perception of fairness.The actual gain will promote the improvement of middle school physical education teachers’ perception of fairness,so that middle school physical education teachers can obtain a higher sense of career gain in the teaching process.The sense of occupation acquisition of middle school physical education teachers is of great significance to measure the effect of construction of middle school physical education teachers and promote the development of basic education in our country,which can be improved from the following eight aspects.(1)Ensure the implementation of policies and guarantee welfare benefits;(2)Strengthen teacher training and promote professional development;(3)Implement the "double reduction" policy and enhance parents’ support;(4)Guide public opinion and affirm professional value;(5)Reform the management system and broaden the promotion channel;(6)Strengthen demand attention and promote humanistic care;(7)Correct acquisition mentality and establish reasonable expectations;(8)Strengthen education belief,strengthen professional identity. |
