| In the twentieth major reports of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping said that We need to accelerate green transformation of the development mode,implement the comprehensive conservation strategy,develop green and low-carbon industries,advocate green consumption,and promote the formation of a green and low-carbon lifestyle and production mode.Green consumption is committed to saving resources,protecting the environment and maintaining ecological balance in consumption,and it has become an important measure to accelerate green transformation of the development mode and promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.Over the past more than 40 years of reform and opening up,the rapid economic development has improved people’s living standards and diversified consumption patterns,but it has also led to some problems.There are also many unhealthy consumption behaviors and habits among college students,such as impulsive consumption,blind consumption,and excessive consumption.Such consumption behavior is not only detrimental to the development of college students themselves,but also has a negative impact on China’s economic and ecological construction.Therefore,the education of college students on the concept of green consumption is to meet the practical needs of China’s socialist modernization.The theme of this paper is to cultivate the green consumption concept among college students,and the research mainly focuses on the following five parts.The first part elaborates on the core concepts involved in this article and the important significance of cultivating green consumption concepts among college students.The core concept section explains consumption and consumption concepts,green consumption and green consumption concepts.Cultivating green consumption concept among college students is conducive to promoting the practice of green consumption behavior in universities and the whole society,promoting the green transformation of China’s social development mode,and promoting the coordinated progress of socio-economic development and ecological resource protection.The second part elaborates on the theoretical basis for cultivating green consumption concepts among college students,including four aspects: Marx’s thoughts on consumption,Sinicized Marxism’s thoughts on consumption,Xi Jinping’s green development concept,and ecological consumption thoughts in traditional Chinese culture.The third part is an empirical study on the current situation of cultivating green consumption concepts among college students.The empirical study was conducted through a questionnaire survey.It was found that the cultivation of green consumption concepts among college students has achieved some positive results,but there are also some problems,such as insufficient cultivation environment atmosphere,single cultivation path,and insufficient cultivation content.The reasons for these problems were analyzed and summarized then.The fourth part elaborates on the cultivation principles,objectives,and content of the green consumption concept among college students.The cultivation should follow the principles of combining theory with practice,combining explicit education with implicit education,and combining active guidance with independent development.The cultivation goal is to promote college students to master comprehensive green consumption knowledge,establish correct green consumption awareness,and form good green consumption habits.The cultivation content includes education on green consumption cognition,green consumption ethics,green consumption methods,and green consumption laws,regulations,and policies.The fifth part explores the specific paths for cultivating green consumption concepts among college students.This section proposes positive ways to cultivate a green consumption concept for college students from the perspectives of society,school,family,and individuals.We aim to cultivate college students’ green consumption concept and guide them to practice green consumption behavior by creating favorable social consumption environment,leveraging the main channel role of school education as the main channel,emphasizing the fundamental role of family education,and strengthening self-education among college students. |
